The rotational method of vectors is an effective implement and funda- mental modern process in the analysis as well as the design of mechanism. This paper begins with a brief description to introduce the fundamental parameters of spatial linkages.Then follows the fundamental principles of rotational method of vectors.After the stress of fundamental principles.the method of the displacement analysis for spatial linkages by the rotation of vectors are presented by means of the illustration of a four-link RCCC spatial mechanism which is of practical significance and high in theoretical values. The four-link spherical surface mechanism is commonly employed in farm machineries. The method is clear in concept.The principle is not complicated and easily applied.In comparison with other analytical methods,it is easier to handle by technicians.It is useful for the analysis of spatial linkages as well as application and popularization.

矢量回转法是机构分析和设计中的一种有力的工具和新的基本方法。本文首先简要介绍了空间连杆机构的基本参数;然后着重阐述矢量回转法的基本原理;最后以具有实际意义和理论价值的 RCCC 四杆机构以及农业机械中常用的球面四杆机构为实例,介绍了应用矢量回转法作空间连杆机构位移分析的方法。这种方法概念清晰,原理简单,应用方便,比之其它的分析方法易为工程技术人员掌握,有助于对空间连杆机构的分析和推广应用。

A new graphic method, based on topologic transformation, has been developed of spatial four-bar linkages for the analysis of extreme positions and conditions of crank existence, and for the size synthesis of predetermined extreme positions. The use of the method in analysing spatial RSSR and RSSP fourbar linkages demonstrates that it is simple, convenient, and easy to learn.

本文较详细地论述了应用拓扑变换原理,进行空间四连杆机构的极限位置和曲柄存在条件的分析,以及实现给定极限位置的机构进行尺度综合的图解法。通过对空间RSSR和RSSP四连杆机构的分析表明,采用这种图解法作图简便,构图清晰,形象直观,容易掌握,是分析综合空间连杆机构的新方法。

本文介绍适用于平面二级连杆机构运动分析、力分析以及动力分析的通用程序KFDAPL。该程序应用杆组分解原理,通过计算机对给定机构进行模式识别,实现由计算机自动进行该机构的建模、形成计算方案,从而完成给定机构的分析计算。该程序具有使用方便、计算速度快、计算结果精确可靠等特点。
