The four-bar linkage, as a typical moving mechanism, is widely used in various kinds of mechanical driving mechanism design. The author established a mathematic model for lamniscate track of four-bar linkage referenced to a linear coordinate datum basing on the analytical theory of plane mechanism kinetics and listed a respective analytical program by using the BASIC language. It can provide an accurate resolution.

A new pulsating stepless Variable transmission mechanism which has four coordinate spatial four-bar phases located in planetary form is proposed in this paper. Its kinematic proposed in this paper. Its kinematic properties are analysed and discussed exhaustively based on the theory of kinematics for spatial mechanisms and the method of optimol mechanism design. According to the proposed mechanism, a new type of pulsating stepless variable transmission, DSV-400, has been successfully developed. As compared with other qar-linkage pulsating stepless variable transmissions, DSV-400 has many advantages such as simple and compact structure, large load-bearing capacity, wide speed range and linearity of speed governing, small speed pulsating, etc. These advantages will make it available to the transmissions with large or moderate load-bearing, small pilsating moderate or low speed output and high linearity of speed governing.

本文提出了机械脉动无级变速传动的一种新的结构形式——空间连杆行星式脉动无级变速器,并运用空间机构的运动学分析方法及机械优化设计方法对其运动特性进行了详细的分析和讨论。在这个基础上,研制出了一种新型的脉动无级变速器——DSV—400无级变速器。和其它的连杆式脉动无级变速器相比,它具有结构简单、紧凑,承载能力大,调速范围大,调速线性好,输出速度脉动不均匀性小等优点。这些特点特使得DSV—400无级变速轰在承受中、大载荷,脉动性好的中、低速输出以及需要线性调速的传动中具有更为广泛的用途。
