Overweight snorers had significantly lower serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-ch) levels compared to normoweight snorers(1.18±0.32 vs 1.35±0.27 mmol/L,t=-4.245,P=0.000),showing a significant difference.
Objective To explore and establish the reference range of items of serum lipids [total cholestrol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density liporotein cholesterol (LDL-C)] in healthy adults in Muslim population in Lingwu.
Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors for TCS in patients included age、 smoking、high density lipoprotein(HDL) and BMD, while age、 smoking and TC were risk factors, TCS was increased by reducing of HDL or BMD.
Serum lipids were tested in 30 hemodialyzed(HD)and 11 peritoneal-dialyzed(PD)patients. Subgroups of high density lipoprotein HDL),and the activities of LP(a)and lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)were also tested in 11 HD subjects.
Serum Triglyceride (TG) and Total cholesterole (Tch) was increased, but the content of high density lipoprotein (HDL)was decreased, low density lipoprotein(LDL)and very low density lipoprotein(VLDL)were increased.
Moreover, in rata group Ⅱwho were older of heavier than rats group Ⅰ(P<0.01) , GIR, plasma high density lipoprotein subclass 2(HDL2 ) were lower than those in rats group Ⅰ(P< 0.01) , and plasma insulin. plasma triglycerides level were higher than those in rats group Ⅰ(P <0.05 , 0. 01 , respectively). The study suggests that the E.
Methods:The changes of serum TG,TC,ApoAI,ApoB,HDL-C,TP,ALB and CRE in 50 readmission patients were observed and compared in the first and second admission. The relationship between their changes and CRE was analyzed.
One-way ANOVA revealed differences in the erythrocyte suspension viscosity, total globulins, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL Ch), plasma viscosity, and acid resistance of erythrocytes.
The statistically significant two-way interaction effects of ADH7 StyI and CYP2E1 DraI on diastolic blood pressure (P = 0.029) and on the serum high density lipoprotein level (P = 0.042) were also revealed.
Plasma triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apoA-I concentrations were markedly increased in T0901317-treated groups.
Body mass index (BMI) and lipid profile including total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride correlated with blood pressure.
In pcDNA3.1-Retn-treated mice, both free fatty acid (FFA) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol levels were markedly lower than those of control, whereas HDL cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) levels did not differ between the two groups.
Mean serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) levels were decreased significantly from 1982-1983 to 1997-1999, with the changes from -13.2% to -38.6% in males and from -9.8% to -21.7% in females.
The ratio of total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (TC/HDL-c) increased dramatically during this period because of a concurrent decline in the levels of HDL-c and the increase in the levels of TC.
We evaluated the efficacy of alternate-day dosing of atorvastatin in comparison with the standard one-daily dose on total cholesterol, low and High-density lipoprotein (LDL and HDL) and triglycerides.
CETP thus plays a potential pro-atherogenic role by moving CE from HDL into pro-atherogenic VLDL and LDL particles, thereby lowering atheroprotective HDL cholesterol.

This paper employed agarose electrophoric method and cholesterol enzymatic method se- parat to determine the difference of HDLc and total cholesterol contents of the serum between healthy individual and disease indi- vidual suffering from coronary disease, hyper- tension and diabetes. Through enzymatic me- thod the study was proved to be simpler, more, sensitive and accurate than electrophore- sis testing with the two methods, the level of serum HDLc of those patients are lower than that of the healthy pers...
Sarum high-density lipoproteiu-cholesterol(HDLC) and its subgroup in 147 normal Subjects in Jinzhou area were determined by using Centrifuge precipitation method and according to enzyme action. The results showed that HDLC in males was 46.27±6.44mg%, HDL_2C Was 12.19±5.52mg%; HDLC in femals Was 48.50+6.63mg%, HDL_2C Was 14.73±4.61mg%, HDLC and HDL_2C in femals Were higher than that in males, HDLC and HDL_2C reduced gradully with age these results provide information for clinic research.
