Therefore,the effects of exercise on total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) and ApoA,ApoB are summarized so as to provide references to the study of exercises on serum lipids.
aerobic exercise and being on a diet both made TC and TG drop distinctly,and made HDL_C and ApoA 1,ascend greatly,which made HDL-C/TC,ApoA 1,and ApoA 1/ApoB increased rearkably,When aerobic exercise was combined with dieting,the effects of declining lipermia would be better.
By using the model of exhaustive exercise in rats, the alterations on the contents of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,VLDL,MDA and the content ET in plasma are measured.

Results show that it can improve lipid metabolism,decrease plasma lipids,increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and the ratio of HDL-C to total cholesterol(TC),protect cardiovascular system and improve hemorrheological indicators represented by blood viscosity(BV) to adhere to Taichichuan in older adults.
