A W—band phase—locked Gunn oscillator has been developed for using as a local oscillator for PMO 13.7-m millimeter-wave radio telescope. Two kinds of Gunn oscillators and the harmonic mixer of the PLO system are made in our laboratory. The operating range is 40 GHz (75-115 GHz) and the output power is greater than 5mW over its operating range. The output signal of servo amplifier in PLO controls the bias voltage of Gunn oscillator to phase lock the Gunn Oscillator over more than 100MHz tuning range.

本文介绍采用3mm压控Gunn管振荡器的锁相系统,它可复盖75-115GHz频率范围,并保证输出功率大于5mW.锁相系统的基准信号由频率综合器提供,当频率综合器工作在计算机控制方式下,可在频率锁定带宽内,实现频率预置,频率跟踪和跳频等程控工作状态.

针对在陀螺控制过程中陀螺基准信号频率和相位角测量不准确,从而导致陀螺控制过程中定位不准确,产生漂移的难题,研究了一种基于DSP+FPGA的陀螺控制方法。利用FPGA进行基准信号频率和相位的测量可得到精确的测量量,而通过DSP和FPGA进行数据交换,在DSP中解算陀螺基准信号的频率和相位角以及进动信号,具有高速、实时及算法可升级等特性。实验表明,该方法能够快速、稳定引导陀螺跟踪目标,并且定位准确,不产生漂移。
