Based on the results of the works on the fermentation of Tremella fuciformis spore polysaccharide in shaking flasks,the further study on the fermentation by the strain TS907.5 was carried out in a 7001-fermen- ters and a 25001-fermenters step by step.The above experiments mainly showed that it was essential to control the concentration of glucose and optimum aeration in the scaling-up of Tremella fuciformis spore polysac- charide fermentation process in order to accumulate more polysaccharide in the broth.Finally,in...

Based on the results of the works on the fermentation of Tremella fuciformis spore polysaccharide in shaking flasks,the further study on the fermentation by the strain TS907.5 was carried out in a 7001-fermen- ters and a 25001-fermenters step by step.The above experiments mainly showed that it was essential to control the concentration of glucose and optimum aeration in the scaling-up of Tremella fuciformis spore polysac- charide fermentation process in order to accumulate more polysaccharide in the broth.Finally,in the 25001-fermenter the accumulated concentra- tion of Tremella fuciformis spore ploysacchride in the broth was 18.79g/1 (the average 12g/1).Meanwhile,the extraction rate of the polysacchride reaches 20.0g/1(the average 18.3g/1)and the quality of the polysaccha- ride powder reaches the enterprise-standards.And then the disscussion about the results of the above experiments was mathematically made.

本文报道了银耳孢子多糖产生菌株 TS907·5继摇瓶发酵条件研究后所进行的700L 和2500L 通用发酵罐放大试验及其互艺条件的研究结果。试验表明,提高底物葡萄糖浓度和供氧强度的合理控制对提高银耳孢子多糖的累积量非常重要。在所获得的工艺条件下,2300L 发酵罐稳产试验的银耳孢子多糖产率平均可达12g/L,最高18.7g/L。发酵液中银耳孢子多糖的提取收效平均为8.33g/L 最高可达20.0g/L。银耳孢子多糖粉质量符合食品企业标准 Q/CYD03—92。本文也对试验结果进行了分析与讨论。

The antibiotic can be hydrolysed by trypsin.In addition, the test of paper electrophoresis and reaction of ninhydrin prove the antibiotic is basic protein peptide or protein substance.

中国根霉(RhizopusChinesis)12能产生一种对芽孢菌属细菌有独特抑制作用的抗生物质。其发酵条件研究结果表明:在以正交实验确定的最佳培养基(豆饼粉酶解液80ml、玉米粉水解液20ml、葡萄糖2g、pH自然)和最适发酵工艺条件(种龄18h、接种量1%、发酵培养基初始pH6.0~6.5、装液量50ml/250ml三角瓶,摇床转速160r/min、28~30℃培养48h)下,R.chinesis12菌株产生的抗生物质的抑菌圈直径为21.5mm,抑菌面积309.36mm2,是对照少孢根霉(R.oligosporus)IFO8631菌株的6倍。该物质可被胰蛋白酶所破坏,由纸电泳和茚三酮反应等实验结果判定该抗生物质为碱性多肽或蛋白质性质的物质。

A mutant strain kluyveromyces UV G 40 3 with higher yield of inulinase(EC3.2.1.7) was obtained from wild strain of Kluyveromyces by UV treatment. The optimal conditions of enzymes production were investigated. The inulinase activity was improved twice as much as wild strain, when it was cultured on a rotating shaker for 33 h under 3% inulin, 3% peptone, 1% yeast extract, pH5.5, 36℃ and aeration demand of 30ml/300ml, agitation speed 240r/min. The inulinase activity reached 13.9U/ml.

以克鲁维酵母(Kluyveromyces)野生株为出发菌株,经紫外线处理筛选到一株产菊粉酶较高的突变株UV-G-40-3,并对其进行了发酵条件的研究,在菊糖3%、蛋白胨3%、酵母膏1%、pH5.5、36℃,装量30ml/300ml,240r/min摇瓶培养33h,酶活比野生株提高近一倍,为13.9U/ml。
