The mycelial growth pattern of the improved Cephalosporium dongchongxiacae strain A10 was found after studying fermentation conditions.The mycelium was cultured for 30 hours at 26~28℃ on a rotary bath shaker at a rotary speed of 200r/min.The suitable initial pH of the medium was between 5~7.The optimal inoculation ratio was found to be 5%(V/V).

通过对冬虫夏草头孢菌(Cephalosporiumdongchongxiacae)改良菌株A10的菌丝体液体发酵条件的研究,我们掌握了其菌丝生长规律。其生长曲线呈典型的微生物生长曲线特点;其发酵生长适宜温度为26~28℃,适宜pH值在5-7之间,接种量以5%(v/v)为佳;在整个发酵过程中,对发酵通气量要求不高。

采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法,对蛹虫草菌丝体液体发酵培养基的最佳组合进行了研究,建立了培养基的反应模型,并用实验数据验证了数学模型,对培养基最佳优化组合的各种因子、影响产量的反应规律及交互作用进行了探讨,并在此基础上进行了蛹虫草菌丝体液体发酵条件的研究。结果表明,蛹虫草菌丝体液体发酵的最适条件为:接种量6%(v/v),发酵初始pH7.0,培养基装量100ml/500ml三角瓶,发酵温度24℃~28℃,发酵周期96h。
