In this paper,a mathematical model describing the hydrodynamics of the gas distribution system of a radial flow reactor has been developed for the case of change state flow of the gas,and a description of the uniformity and practical non uniformity of the gas distribution in a radial flow moving bed reactor has been also presented.A mathematical method has been given to solve the design equation system.Using the mathematical model,we explored the influence of the reactor structure parameter and the operating conditions on the uniformity of the gas distribution in a radial flow reactor.It provides a theoretical basis and better understanding for the optimum design and operation of the radial flow reactor in CCR.

在混合丁烯齐聚过程中 ,用超临界 (SPC)和近临界 (SBC)相态结合的反应技术 ,解决丁二烯与不同丁烯异构体之间反应速率相差悬殊而引起的催化剂迅速失活的问题。使用固体磷酸盐为催化剂 ,用实验数据建立临界参数与混合丁烯转化率关系模型 ,并绘制成曲线。利用临界参数曲线可以选择和调节反应物流相态 ,从而取得理想的结果。对比试验表明 ,SPC-SBC相态结合的反应 ,催化剂寿命长 ,混合丁烯转化率和二聚物辛烯选择性高。

This paper, based on the principles of JIT (Just In Time) technique, analyzes the advantages of the application of JIT technique in setailing competition, and discusses the approaches for retailing to apply JIT technique.

JIT技术应用于零售行业,以顾客的最终需求为根本动力,拉动上一级供应商对商品在品种、数量、时间上的连续供应,从而以最少的库存实现商品的轮动式生产和销售,其实质是实现资源的最优化配置。而建立快速反应的物流系统则是零售业成功应用JIT技术的关键,零售商业企业通过更新经营模式,重构业务流程,实现信息资源的共享,建立由零售商主导的战略联盟,将企业内部资源的优化扩大到整个合作方之间,达到提高产品和服务质量,降低成本,增强竞争能力的目的。
