Wastewater samples (the intake and the effluent of the biochemical aeration tank in a refinery,and the process wastewater from the dry process spinning of polyacrylonitrile fiber and the discharge water after the SBR process)were pretreated by liquid liquid extraction using dichloromethane as the extractant.The extractable organic components were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The removal efficiencies of different EOC CH 2Cl 2 (Extractable Organic Compounds by CH 2Cl 2) were calculated and their types and amounts were also analyzed.The results showed that the removal efficiencies of phenols and aromatic compounds are high,whereas those of aliphatic hydrocarbons are low by the biochemical aeration process in the refinery.The major EOC CH 2Cl 2 in the process wastewater from the dry process spinning of polyacrylonitrile fiber is N,N dimethylformomide at a relative content of more than 95%(m/m).All kinds of EOC CH 2Cl 2 were almost decomposed from the raw water by the SBR process.

采用二氯甲烷液—液萃取预处理水样,气相色谱—质谱联用技术分析了炼油厂生化曝气池进、出水,腈纶厂干法纺丝废水及其经SBR小试处理的出水中二氯甲烷可萃取的有机组分,并半定量地评估了生化处理对这些有机组分的去除效果。结果表明,炼油厂生化曝气池对酚类及芳烃类化合物的去除效果较好,而长链脂肪烃的去除率相对较低;腈纶干法纺丝工艺废水中可萃取的有机组分主要为N,N二甲基甲酰胺,其相对含量大于95%(m/m),该废水经SBR小试处理后,原水中各种可萃取的有机化合物均得到分解,结构发生了变化,但不能全部彻底地转化为CO2和水。

This paper mainly dealt with pretreating acrylonitrile filature wastewater by coagulation and hydrolytic degradation process. By using PAF as the coagulate and PAM as the coagulating aid, we got a satisfying treatment result with COD, BOD5 and NH3-N together with CN- being removed 37.3% , 12.5% , 36.4% and 52% respectively when the pH value was 6.0. 研究采用絮凝—酸化法对腈纶纺丝废水进行预处理。考察了絮凝剂的选用及多种絮凝实验条件对实验结果的影响。结果表明,以PFS作絮凝剂、絮凝pH6.0、PFS投加量为0.3ml、PAM投加量为0.4ml时的COD、BOD_5和NH_3-N及CN去除率分别为30%、31%、8%及32%。絮凝出水在经过8批酸化处理后,水质基本稳定;COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N及CN~-的总去除率分别达到37.3%、12.5%、36.4%和52%,其中BOD_5/COD由0.33提高到0.47左右。絮凝—酸化法预处理腈纶纺丝废水不仅能够获得良好的净化效果,并且较为明显地提高了废水的可生化性,从而为后续的生化处理达标创造了较好条件。

对新型厌氧反应器(ABR)处理化纤厂棉浆粕综合废水进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用ABR厌氧处理该废水,可以有效去除其中的有机物,在HRT为1d、进水COD为3360mg/L、有机负荷(OLR)为3.36kgCOD/(m3·d)的条件下,COD去除率为71.5%,出水COD降至958mg/L;利用浆粕黑液和纺丝废水混合调节pH,可以减少碱的用量,降低运行成本。
