In this paper, the author goes into the details of the characteristics which show how the Longxi rotating-rolling tectonic is dietributed. It is believed that this tectonic is distributed among the Qinghai-Xizang massif, the Alashan massif and the Eerduos massif. It may be divided into five cycle tectonic belts. They are the Liupanshan Mountain-the Nanhuashun and the Xihuashan Mountains-the Maomaoshan Mountain, the Xiang shah Mountain, the TanShan Mountain-the Yaoshan Mountain-the Yantongshun Mountain, the Daluoshan and the Xiaoluoshan Mountains and the Qinglongshan Mountain. They congregated to the Guyuan-Baoji area and scattered Northwestward. Two sides of principal cycle surface moved in counterclockwise rotation.This tectonic was clearly shown on the satellite picture and still moves at present. Earthquakes(Ms>7 )often depend on it and moves from the outer cycle belt to the inner and the magnitude of these earthquakes is getting greater and greater.The author holds that the formation of the Long ting-rolling tectonic is the result of the movement of the Qinghai-Xizang massif and the Eerduos massif.

The Erlian Basin has two basic structural layers: geosynclinal, the basement, and diwa, the cover. The cover is divided into three sublayers. It contains rich resources of oil and gas.The Erlian Basin is extensional in nature, has all kinds of trap types and consists of many uplifts and depressions.Magmatic activities occurred several times, resulting in a high-geothermal gradient favorable for oil-gas transformation.The specific feature of the tectonic evolution of the Ertian Basin is that it underwent a geosynclinal stage in the Paleozoic and a diwa stage in the Mesozoic, without a platform stage in between. The diwa stage underwent three periods, swelling (T) and fault-depression (J_(1-2)); faulting-folding (J_3); and fault-depression and block-faulting (K_2—Q). The author suggests that the NE-trending depression is favourable for exploration and that multiple accumulation zones of oil and gas can occur along large faults. The author also applies the theory of progression of metallogenesis to oil exploration. It is suggested that the geosynclinal structural layer is a promising site for the search for all types of buried hill oil Pools; the diwa structural layer, oil pools originated and reserved within itself or originated below and reserved above.In addtion, the strong crustal movement and high geothermal gradient in the region are favourable for the formation of coal gas.

二连盆地发育着两个基本构造层:盆地基底为地槽基本构造层,盖层为地洼基本构造层,其中又分为三个亚构造层。该构造层含有丰富的油气资源。具有拉张型盆地的构造型相,发育有多种圈闭类型;具有多凸多凹的构造格局,有多期岩浆活动,形成了高地温梯度,有利于油气转化。 二连盆地的构造演化,古生代经历了地槽发育阶段,未经过地台发育阶段,呈跨越式的发展,中生代即进入地洼发育阶段,这是盆地演化的重要特色。地洼发育阶段又经历了初动期的拱升(T)和裂陷(J_(1-2))活动;激烈期的断褶活动(J_3);余动期的断陷(K_1)和块断活动(K_2—R)。通过构造演化特征分析,进一步指出了北东向、生油凹陷是勘探的有利区;沿大断层是寻找复式油气聚集带的有利场所;运用成矿递进性的观点,多层系找油,在地槽构造地层中找各种类型的潜山油藏和地槽型油藏,在地洼构造层中找自生自储和下生上储油藏;同时由于本区地壳活动频繁,地温梯度高,有利于煤成气藏的形成,因此,要注意寻找煤成气气藏。

Some evidences for the existence and characteristics of the latest aetivity of the NNE structural zone that extends in Songpan-pingwu region have been proposed in terms of seismologeogical and geophysical data. It is shown that this structural zone controls earthquake preparation, occurence and their distribution in the zone. In addition, the relationship between the formation and development of the structural zone and the uplift of Tibet plateau are discussed.

本文着重从地震地质、地球物理资料出发,提出展布于松潘,平武地区的北北东向构造带存在的依据和较近时期活动特征。指出该构造带对区内地震孕育、发生及震中分布的控制作用。此外,还讨论了北北东向构造带形成和发展与青藏高原隆起的关系。
