Processing test in increasing semi product quantity and hightening the total spinning draft times in spinning combed extro-fine yarn is carried out in this paper with the yarn quality compared with that of the yarn spun by normal technology. The yarn quality of JC9.7 tex,JC7.3 tex and JC5.8 tex spun by high efficient technology is stable.
The mechanism of high efficient spinning technology is discussed in this paper by use of the forming cause analysis and the draft theory of hocked fiber,and an idea to push forward the application of the high efficient spinning technology is worked out. It holds that the high efficient technology can promote the progress of spinning technology and spinning equipment,but could be affected by many factors and practical production must be considered in its application.

When machining the helical Acme depth groove in a small hole on the workpiece, traditional technological process mostly uses multi broaching by a single broach. This machining method can' t meet the requirement of productivity in the mess production. This paper, therefore puts forward a high-efficiency broaching technological process by the set of broaches replacing a single broach and presents a reasona-ble, simple design method of the set of broaches on the helical Acme depth groove.
