以糖化酵母一扣囊复膜孢酵母AS2.1145为试验菌株,对其单菌种直接发酵甘薯原料生产蛋白强化饲料的液态和固态发酵工艺分别进行了研究,在试验得出的较佳培养条件下,采用2L罐发酵38h,培养液中干物质的质量浓度达25.2g/L,干基粗蛋白质量分数为0.34,总糖利用率为68.3%。固态发酵72h,产物干基粗蛋白质量分数可达0.2。
