玉米秸秆经酸处理后 ,以纤维素酶、假丝酵母、酒精酵母进行SSF乙醇发酵 ,可得到 2 .84 %的酒精浓度。将秸秆酒精醅与淀粉质原料及固态发酵酒精醅混合蒸馏后 ,进行C0 2气提乙醇发酵分离耦合工艺 ,淀粉的利用率为 89% ,酒精醅的乙醇浓度为 11.6 %。由于酒糟全部用于饲料 ,实现酒精清洁生产。

The solid state fermentation(SSF)is one of the fermentation process to produce ethanol using solid substrate,its classical technology is the process to produce Chinese liquor.In recent years,many developed countries are investigating the technology to produce fuel-ethanol(one of the reproducible resource).However,the recent technology of ethanol-producing is submerged fermentation and the waste vinasse would be the pollutant to water ecosystem,governments and institutes of all over the world are studying how to use the waste vinasse and investigating more effective technology to produce ethanol.The review describes the research and progress of ethanol-produing by SSF,and develops a new idea about ethanol-producing by SSF uniting feeding stuff-producing,which would be suitabli to the reality of alcoholic industry in China.

固态酒精发酵是以固态基质为底物而进行的边糖化边发酵模式之一。近年来 ,受世界能源危机的影响 ,世界上许多发达国家都在进行可再生能源———燃料酒精的研究 ,以期代替或部分代替汽油。而目前酒精的生产主要是液态深层发酵模式 ,排放的酒精糟液严重污染地表水系的生态环境 ,世界各国政府和研究机构正致力于酒精糟液处理和综合利用的研究。作者综述了固态发酵酒精生产的研究与进展 ,并提出了固态发酵酒精生产与饲料生产偶联的符合中国国情的酒精产业化发展的基本思路。
