Feeding trail demonstrated the yeast feed was a economical product instead of fishmeal as protein source, and its application was practical in the feed industry.

本文报道了以热带假丝酵母ZAU-1为生产菌株,应用固体发酵技术生产的酵母饲料的营养价值,并通过对比饲养试验评价其应用效果。试验结果表明,粗蛋白提高11.97%,粗脂肪提高2.44倍;赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和苏氨酸分别提高80.00%、34.07%和69.42%;维生素B2提高11.41倍,B5和B6分别提高19.57%和68.84%;维生素E提高63.43倍,还含有维生素A和D3用多种微量元素。饲养试验结果证明了该酵母饲料代替进口鱼粉的经济性和可行性。

Solid fermentation of siugle-cell protein using grape residue as a sole carbon source was described. Three strains of Aspergillus , four strains of Saccharomyces and one strain of cellulomonas were cultured in various mixing groups. Using orthogonal test, the Optimal Composition of the culture medium was studied. The effect of water content in culture medium and the fermentation time on crude protein content in fermentation product were also investigated. The preliminary results showed that the content of crude protein from fermentation products was doubled in following conditions: urea used as the nitrogen source, 60% water content in the medium, fermenting for 48h at 28°~30℃.

本文报道以葡萄渣为唯一碳源,利用微生物混合培养固体发酵技术生产单细胞蛋白的初步尝试。将自分的3株霉菌、(Aspergilus)4株酵母(Sacharomyces)和1株细菌(Celulomonas)进行了不同组合的培养,并用正交试验法作了培养基配方试验,同时对培养基含水量和发酵时间也进行了一些摸索。初步结果表明,培养基在未经灭菌的条件下,以尿素为氮源,培养基含水量60%,于28℃—30℃,培养48h,发酵产物的粗蛋白含量可提高一倍。

The yeast feed of cotton seed cake fermented by Candida tropicalis ZAU 1 with solid state was studied, and the effect of various ingredient on yeast feed fermentation was described The optimum fermentation medium was obtained which included cotton seed cake 60%, rice protein meal 25%, wheat bran 10%, molasses 2%, winelees 1%, MgSO 4·5H 2O 0 25%, KH 2PO 4 0 75%, FeSO 4 ·7H 2O 0 80%, ZnSO 4·7H 2O 0 20%, MnSO 4·H 2O 0 06%, CuSO 4·5H 2O 0 04% and CoCl 2·6H 2O 0 02%

以棉仁饼为原料,热带假丝酵母ZAU-1为菌种,采用固体发酵技术,对无游离棉酚的酵母饲料进行了研究,探讨了不同原料对酵母饲料发酵的影响,筛选出较合理的固体发酵培养基:棉仁饼60%,大米蛋白粉25%,麸皮10%,饴糖2%,酒糟1%,MgSO45H2O0.25%,KH2PO40.75%,FeSO47H2O0.80%,ZnSO47H2O0.20%,MnSO4H2O0.06%,CuSO45H2O0.04%和CoCl26H2O0.02%.
