The anatomical result shows that Neopho- coena phocaenoides possesses five pairs of respiratory sacs, which are superficial res- piratory sacs, deeper respiratory sacs, anterior accessory sacs, posterior accessory sacs and premaxillary sacs. Those double air sacs are symmetrical on the right and left. The larynx of Neophocoena phocaenoides consists of thyroid, epiglottis, cricoid cartilages, a pair of arytenoid cartilages and three pairs of corniculate cartilages. The- re are no vocal cords in the larynx. False vocal cords, however, exist at the bottom of the laryngeal room, but have lost the function to sound. The trachea of Neophocoena phocaenoides is divided into the right and left trun- cus bronchial magistralis and bronchi apex. Therefore, there are three trunks of ar- bor bronchialis within the lung. The epithelia of trachea and bronchi are pseudostra- tiffed columnar ciliate spithelia. Except the epithelia of the trachea, no other bronchi possess the goblet cells. The lung of Neophocoena phocaenoides is divided into two lobes, but lobule of the lung does not exist, There is sphincter between the respiratory bronchiole and the al- veolar duct. Dense capillaries are distributed on the two sides of alveolar septum.

The slope, VE/APFT CO2, of ventilatory response to CO2,was used as the level of ventilatory center response ability to CO2. Slope value before anesthesia was self-contrast. Three hours after a dose of 10 ug/kg fentanyl intraveneously,although the rest ventilation had recovered, the ventilatory slope was depressed to 50%. The slope was depressed to 31% and 20% at 3.5 hours and 4 hours respectively. The mechanism and possible damage of ventilatory depression following a small dose fentanyl intraveneously were discussed.

应用Read复呼吸原理,对9例患者进行静注小剂量芬太记后通气对CO2反应的研究。使用4.7%CO2, 48%O2,余以 N2平衡的混合气体, 5升的复呼吸囊。以通气对CO2反应的斜率( VE/PETCO2)作为呼吸中枢对CO2反应能力的指标,与麻醉前反应斜率进行自身对照。结果发现静注芬太尼10ng/kg后3小时,尽管患者静息通气可正常,但斜率抑制达50%,3.5小时和4小时分别抑制达31%和20%,注药后4.5小时反应斜率方恢复正常。本文就芬太尼10ug/kg产生通气对CO2反应抑制的机制以及潜在危害进行了探讨。
