In this paper, the transmission principium of K-H-V cone epicycloid lanter gear is introduced. The method of load allocating based on multi-point action and mechanical analysis of the mechanism are put forward.

In this paper, the mechanical model of equi speed output mechanism for precision steel ball planetary transmission is presented. The forces of multi steel ball engagement are analyzed and its calculation formulas are deduced. The contact fatigue strength of engagement pairs is analyzed using Hertz's theory. Taking the mechanics analysis of mechanism under the working condition of ideal operating state in the side crane used for container as a foundation, the mathematic model for optimal design of lifting mechanism under working condition of special operating state was established. The optimized computing program was worked out, the structural optimization design was carried out, and the strength of lifting arm under dangerous state of this special operating state was analyzed. By means of comparative analysis upon the result of stress test of prototype with the result of optimal design, it provided a foundation for the further optimization of the structure, and its analytical result can be used for the reference of designing the same kind product.
