Fhis paper reports 24 newborns with erythrocythemia caused mainly by perinatal factors.The clinical manifestations are somnolence,dysphoria,dyspnea,vomiting,convulsion,polyemia,cyanosis, hyperbilirubinemia,acidosis,hypoglycemia etc.In order to reduce blood viscosity all cases were fed with low concentration milk and treated with low molecular dextran or plasma,5 of them using partial blood change transfusion.The hematocrit and hemoglobin of all were dropped within the normal range after the treatment.

The activities of Ca+-Mg+-ATPase in cortex increased (P<0. 05). The results show that exchange transfusion could improve the membrane permeability of the nerve cells, and may have some effects on the delayed low reperfusion.

本文以大鼠四血管闭塞法造成全脑缺血模型为实验对象,观察了交换输血对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的ATP酶水平以及脑组织含水量的变化。实验结果表明,大鼠脑缺血20min再灌注30min进行交换输血,可以增强度层和海马Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性,皮层Ca~(++)-Mg~(++)-ATP酶活性增高(P<0.05),但海马Ca~(++)Mg~(++)-ATP酶活性无明显的变化(P>0.05)。交换输血对脑组织含水量无明显的影响(P>0.05)。本实验的结果提示,交换输血有助于改善脑组织的离子转运功能,对减轻脑水肿的程度及其他方面的脑组织损害可能有益。

目的 :探讨母儿Rh血型不合的综合治疗方法。方法 :对 2 4例Rh血型不合孕妇在孕期积极治疗并适时终止妊娠 ,对新生儿分别采用光疗、药物治疗和 (或 )交换输血等方法治疗。结果 :2 4例孕妇死胎 1例 ,分娩的 2 3例新生儿全部发生溶血 ,2例因病情过重抢救无效死亡 ,2 1例经治疗后健康存活 ,治愈率达 87 5 %。结论 :对Rh血型不合孕妇及其新生儿采用综合方法治疗可以明显改善Rh溶血病胎婴儿的预后
