This paper demonstrates the optimization of the nearly flat seam underground coal mine planning by the multi-objective decision-making method. In the paper an introduction to the determination of the rational produc-ity and the optimum development system of the mine and the method for the selection of the mining system for the mine, the working sections and the parameters relevant to them are given. In addition, the criteriaof the optimization with an output of eight significant indexes, such as the volumn and the duration of the mine construction, the rate of the coal recovery, ctc. are also given. A mathematic model is estaolished and is illustrated with a case study to show the application of this method.

文章采用多目标决策法进行近水平煤层矿井设计的最优化。文章介绍了矿井合理生产能力、最优矿井开拓系统的确定及矿井、采区开采系统及其参数的选择方法,并以初期建设工程量、建井工期及回采率等八项指标作为最优化准则,编制了数学模型,最后用实例介绍了这种方法的应用。

A method of strengthening extremely loose and weak fly ash foun- dation of dams should be searched in order to build successively several sub-dams on the fly ash sediment in ash storage with sufficient stability of the sub-dam. The construction example, laboratory and in situ study on strengthening extremely loose and weak fly ash foundation of a dam by vibroflotation method in Songlinshan ash lagoon is presented in the paper. The study consists of the laboratory test of physical and mechani- cal properties of fly ash, the in situ measurement of dynamic behavior of fly ash properties beforce and after vibroflotation strengthening and the analysis of the stability of the sub-dam. The loose and weak fly ash has been strengthened to dense condition by vibroflotation. The relative density and unit weight have been increas- ed to 0.65 and 9.5 kN/m~3 from 0.09 and 8 kN/m~3 respectively. The strength of compound dam foundation has been developed high enough to meet the requirement of stability of sub-dam. Moreover, the drainge con- dition of fly ash dam foundation has been improved by vibro-replacement stone columns and that is advantageous to the drainge consolidation of dam foundation and the seepage deformation stability of sub-dam. The distributing principle of acceleration and dynamic water pore pressure of fly ash is also presented in the paper based on the measure- ment of dynamic response of ash foundation in vibroflotation course. The mechanism of strengthening fly ash foundation by vibroflotation method is shown to be the composite result of vibro-squeezing effect and artifi- cial liquefaction-reconsolidation effect.

为了能在贮灰场灰渣沉积层上建造子坝并保证子坝的稳定安全,即用上游法分级建造挡灰坝体达到减少贮灰场建设工程量与投资的目的,必须寻求一种加固极松软灰渣坝基的方法。本文叙述了松林山灰场用振动水冲法加固松软灰渣坝基的工程实例以及结合工程所进行的各项测试研究工作,包括灰渣物理力学性质的室内测定,振冲过程的动态测试,加固前后灰渣特性的现场测定,灰渣强度增长的测试分析及子坝稳定安全的计算分析。极松散的灰渣经过振冲加固变成紧密状态,灰渣的相对密度与干容重分别从0.09和8kN/m~3提高到0.65和9.5kN/m~3。紧密状态的灰渣与碎石桩群复合的坝基,其抗剪强度有显著的提高,满足了子坝抗滑稳定安全的需要。同时,碎石桩群改善了灰渣坝基的排水条件,有利于坝基的排水固结。根据振冲过程的动态测试分析,总结出振动加速度与动态孔隙水压力的分布规律,初步揭示了振冲法加固灰渣坝基的原理是振挤作用与人工液化重新固结作用的综合结果。
