A horizontal heat generating square conduit with thin shell construction

一个横的薄壁结构的发热的方槽可以看作是没有间隙的双槽形结构。沿竖的中央对称轴线对剖开并在两半之间留个间隙,可以大大地增加薄壁的散热。在这种情况下,薄壁的内部表面亦成为有效的散热面积。这种结构在大电流母线和电子线路上有一定的实际应用。但是它的散热特性至今尚未见到有系统性的研究报导。为了提供设计依据,本文用实验方法研究了H=46毫米和H=92毫米二种规格的双槽形发热体在不同间隙开度条件下的散热,间隙开度范围自0至∞。实验参数范围;q:250~2450大卡/米~2小时,△t:22~128℃。最后结果以无量纲关系形式表出在图上。对于封闭的方槽,外表面的对流换热要比相应的横园柱的对流换热低得多,并可综合成下列公式:从s=0出发,随着s数值的增加,对流放热强度先是增加的,当s/H=0.33时趋近于最高值;对于大开度,再增加s,对流放热强度反而降馒;当s/H>1.5时,对流放热强度已经降到s=∞时的值。本文还包括纹影技术的研究。摄取了不开间隙开度条件下的纹影照片。从这些照片上可以看出,在内表面的上部分向上流动的竖壁上的边界层被新生的横壁上的边界层冲散;在散热最有利间隙开度时,双槽体内部气流具有一种拔风作用。

本文提出一种奇点分布法,用于计算低速有侧滑的薄机翼——挂架——外挂体的机翼——挂架环量分布和外挂体表面压强分布。机翼可以有任意的小扭转和弯度,外挂体为轴对称旋成体。对于无侧滑情况,本文结果与文[6]和文[4]的实验值和理论值符合得很好。对于有侧滑情况,来找到适合的资料以供比较,计算结果的精确度有待实验鉴定之。
