On the basis of study of purification by using black nickel Ni(OH) 3 and by using sequestrant aqueous solution ultrasonic wave to stir and cleanse,the factors such as temperature,pH,dosage of trivalent nickel,sequestrant,the number of ultrasonic wave stirring wash that affect the result of impurity removal were discussed. The best technological conditions of removing impurity on high-purity ultra-fine nickel powder with hydrometallurgy were obtained by experiment.
The concentration of alkaline is 2%,and cleaning temperature is 70 ℃. The ratio of liquid and soil is 3∶1,and time of cleaning and floatation is 10 minutes and 15 minutes respectively. The de-oiling rate is 94.3% under the proper conditions.
