Recent advances of electrodeposited multi element composite are reviewed, including wear resistance, self lubrication, electricity contacting and corrosion resistance composite coatings. Results show, with rapid development of modern science and technology, single metal composite coatings can not meet some requirements while multi element composite coatings with better wear and corrosion resistance or wear and high temperature oxidization resistance will be applied more widely in the future.

综述了近几年来国内外在复合电沉积制备多元复合材料方面的进展。重点探讨了耐磨复合镀层、自润滑复合镀层、电接触功能的复合镀层、耐蚀复合镀层等的研究现状和发展趋势。结果显示 ,随着现代科学技术的快速发展 ,单金属复合镀层难于满足某些需求 ,而多元复合镀层由于具有耐磨、耐蚀或耐磨、耐高温氧化等优点 ,在今后的发展中将得到更广泛的应用

Calcium phosphate bioceramics were first electrodeposited in galvanostat mode from the electrolyte containing Ca(NO_(3))_(2) and NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4), and then nickel was embedded into the porous bioceramic coating in potentiostat mode to obtain hydroapatite/metal composite coatings with good bonding strength. The experimental result showed that when nickel content in...

A two-step electrodeposition method was developed to prepare hydroxyapatite bioactive ceramic/metal composite coatings on surgical metal surface. Calcium phosphate bioceramics were first electrodeposited in galvanostat mode from the electrolyte containing Ca(NO_(3))_(2) and NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4), and then nickel was embedded into the porous bioceramic coating in potentiostat mode to obtain hydroapatite/metal composite coatings with good bonding strength. The experimental result showed that when nickel content in the composite coating was about 31 %, the average bond strength between the composite coating and the substrate was tested to be above 21.2 MPa.

通过两步电化学沉积技术,在医用金属表面得到羟基磷灰石生物活性陶瓷/金属复合镀层.从含有硝酸钙和磷酸二氢氨的溶液中,首先通过恒流模式电化学沉积钙磷生物陶瓷;然后采用恒压模式,在多孔的生物陶瓷沉积层中嵌入金属骨架,从而得到具有良好结合力的羟基磷灰石/金属复合镀层.实验结果表明在复合镀层中作为骨架的金属镍含量约为31%时,复合镀层与基底合金之间的结合力达到21.2MPa.
