When both carotid sinuses were distended by the inverted venous sac method the respiratory response was variable: some showed no response, others showed either excitation or inhibition or mixed respose, the excitatory response being more prominent, especially when the stimulating pressure was high (200 mm Hg or above). In some experiments under very light anesthesia each respiratory movement might be accompanied by tremor and rigidity of skeletal musculature. After sectioning of the vago-depressor nerves the respiratory excitatory response persisted in some animals, but in others inhibitory response became more prominent. In chronic experiments the sinuses were cannulated the previous day or 2 days beforehand. The respiratory response to carotid sinus pressure stimulus was similar to that of animals under light anestheisa. Repeated stimulations with high pressure might eventually precipitate convulsive seizure with loss of balance, the animal lying exhausted and becoming sleepy afterwards. It seems that the carotid sinus pressoreceptor impulse does exert influence on the respiratory centre but, unlike its influence on the vasomoter centre, is not a regulator of respiratory movements. The response of the respiratory centre to pressorceptor impulse depends on the functional state of the centre at the moment: if the prevailing condition favors irradiation of excitation, respiratory stimulation would occur, if otherwise, the result might be inhibition or no response at all.

A lower transection 2—3 mm caudal to the superior border of the pens abolished the excitatory reflex. Pressure stimulation of the sinus now induced respiratory inhibition besides fall of blood pressure. It seems therefore that the "respiratory excitatory reflex" is evoked by impulses from the pressoreceptors and conducted through the sinus nerve fibers of small diameter to nerve centers situated at the level of the upper pens, which is higher than the centers responsible for the depressor and respiratory inhibitory response.

We found obvious changes in mesenteric microcirculation of mice after rapid low atmosphere management.The most distinct appearance are blood flowing state with intravascular red cell aggregation, profile of microvessels, and perivascular bloody exudation.The change of profile is mainly found at venules.Its character —istic finding is saccular dilatation(venular sacculation).The perivascular bloody exudation further developped after the experimantal animal returned to normal atmosphere pressure.40% O_2 concentration could not prevent its process. Other meaningful microcirculatory changes arn "jumping over "appearance of vessel's ramification, dotted line like connection in capillary network, and with increasing number of arteriolar tortuousities. One of the mice underwent—0.033 MPa for 1 hour gave rise to staggering gait,stupid reaction, and no struggling while being caught.

本文介绍了低气压缺氧密封室处理后小鼠肠系膜微循环的改变。结果发现低气压低氧环境能引起小鼠肠系膜微循环明显改变。表现在血液流态、血管内红细胞聚集,微血管形态以及血管周围渗血等方面的改变尤为明显。微血管形态的改变以微静脉囊状扩张最为突出。在离开低气压缺氧环境后,血管周围渗血在一定时间内继续发展,高浓度氧不能阻止血管周围渗血现象的发展。其他改变包括血管分支出现跳级现象、毛细血管网呈虚线状以及微动脉末梢扭曲增多等。
