This region belongs to the coal field of diwa subtype of Cenozoic age. There are three stages in its tectonic development, i. e. geosyncline, platform and diwa.Its sedimentary formation includes marine and continental deposits in the initial-mobility period of the diwa development. According to geological age, it may be divided into Upper Triassic coal-bearing formation and Lower-Middle Jurassic clastic rock formation. In the coal-bearing formation,contents of theclastic rock are 64 per pent, clay 36 per cent,...

In the clastic rock formation, contents of the clastic rock are 85 per cent, clay 35 per cent, and there are only two or three very thin coal seams.In the maximum-mobility period of the diwa development magma was intruded or erupted in this region and surroundings. The sequence of its activity is exactly similar to that indicated by Professor Chen Guoda. At the same time, this region has been cat by faulting, and has become now a monoclinal structure through weathering and erosion. It is characterized by block-faulting.

In order that the finite-difference approximations represent quite accurately the circulation in both higher and lower latitudes, we use Mer-cator's projection in lower latitudes and Stereographic projection in higher latitudes.The simlulated 10-day averaged sea-level pressure, wind field, precipitation distribution and vertical circulation in winter are given and they are compared with the observations.

A new form of Periodic Chart was designed as a "Greet Hotel" of nine floors. Every period occupies one floor(one plane)fully,and every element occupies one room ( one square in every plane ) according to the series of electron layers i. e. s1-2 ,p1-6,d1-10,f 1-14, g1-18 constructed respctively as shown in the given figures.
