The key problems for the application of high pressure water jet in rust removal and cutting are the easy adjustment and control of high pressure water, the design of the executive mechanism and safe and reliable operation of the equipment. From the two uses of ship rust removal and stone cutting, the authors designed and manufactured a complete set of high pressure water jet equipment with 70MPa pressure, 3 m3/h capacity and 55kW motor power. The equipment integrates technologies of high pressure pump, valve and seal, and water jet, it is composed of reciprocating pump, safety valve, pressure regulating valve, check valve, control valve, jet gun, rotary jet head, abrasive jet system and capstan, etc. Tests of rust removal on class A,B,C,D rusty steel plates and the shiphull demonstrates that the surface quality after rust removal is in accordance with Sa2. 5 of ISO 8501-1; 1988, while speed reaches 0. 8 m2/min, and has no pollution, so it completely meets the needs of ship repairing. At the same time, test of cutting lime stone and concrete under 100MPa pressure also show that the equipment possesses the condition of cutting application. The paper discusses the parameter optimization and the model feature of the equipment, the relation between the performance parameters and the speed of rust removal and cutting, further analyses the certain tendency that high pressure abrasive jet takes the place of sand blast for rust removal.

高压水射流除锈与切割应用关键要解决灵敏调控、执行机构设计、安全、运行可靠等问题,实现商品化.笔者从船舶除锈和岩石切割两大用途出发,研制了70MPa、2m~3/h、55kW高压水射流成套装置.本装置集高压泵、阀、密封和水射流技术为一体,由往复泵、安全阀、调压阀、截止阀、控制阀、喷枪、旋转喷头、磨料射流系统和绞盘等组成.经船厂对A、B、C、D四级锈蚀钢板除锈和上船除锈,除锈质量符合ISO8501-1:1988标准中Sa2.5级需求,除锈速度0.8m~2/min,效率高,无粉尘污染,完全满足船舶工业需求.同时以100MPa以内不同压力对石灰岩、混凝土进行切割试验表明该装置的切割功能具备了应用的条件.本文从设计和试验两方面论述了装置参数优化与型式特点、各参量与除锈、切割的关系,进而分析磨料射流除锈新工艺替代喷砂除锈工艺的必然趋势.

The mechanism of laser cladding is discussed by using heat transfer model of laser cladding, heat conduction model of laser cladding and convective transfer mass model of laser melt-pool. Subsequently the laser cladding speed limit and the influence of laser cladding parameters on cladding layer structure is analyzed. A 5 kW with CO2 transverse flow is used in the research for cladding treatment of sealing surface of stop valve parts of nuclear power stations. The laser cladding layer is found to be 3. 0 mm...

The mechanism of laser cladding is discussed by using heat transfer model of laser cladding, heat conduction model of laser cladding and convective transfer mass model of laser melt-pool. Subsequently the laser cladding speed limit and the influence of laser cladding parameters on cladding layer structure is analyzed. A 5 kW with CO2 transverse flow is used in the research for cladding treatment of sealing surface of stop valve parts of nuclear power stations. The laser cladding layer is found to be 3. 0 mm thick. The cladding surface is smooth and has no such defects as crack, gas pore, etc. A series of comparisons with plasma spurt welding and arc bead welding has been performed. The results show that there are higher grain grade and hardness, lower dilution and better performances of resistance to abrasion, wear and of anti-erosion in the laser cladding layer. The new technology of laser cladding can obviously improve the quality of nuclear valve parts. Consequently it is possible to lengthen the service life of nuclear valve and to raise the safety and reliability of the production system.

应用激光熔覆的传热模型、热传导模型和激光熔焊的对流传质模型,对激光熔覆机理进了分析讨论,随后分析了激光熔覆速度极限和熔覆工艺参数对熔层组织结构的影响。使用5kW横流CO_2激光器对核电站使用的截止阀零件密封面进行了激光熔覆处理,经检测:激光熔层可达3.0mm厚,其表面光滑平整,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷。与传统的等离子喷焊、电弧堆焊工艺进行测试比较,其结果说明:激光熔层中的组织晶粒度和硬度更高,稀释率更低,抗摩擦磨损和抗腐蚀性性能更好。激光熔覆新技术能明显改善核阀的质量,可以延长核阀的服役期、提高生产系统的安全性和可靠性。

Presents shear extrusion, a new process for forming tubular component with branches such as valve bodies used by power plant boiler, and the study of this process by numerical analysis and simulating experiments. The optimal process variables obtained for forming valve bodies and the successful formation of large size high pressure cut off valve bodies using a 10 000 kN screw press.

针对电站锅炉用大型阀体等枝杈管类零件的金属塑性成型 ,提出了“剪切挤压”新工艺 .并对阀体剪挤成型过程进行数值分析和模拟实验研究 ,得到了成型过程中金属流动规律 ,进而为获得阀体剪挤的最佳成型工艺参数提供依据 .最终在 10 0 0 0kN螺旋压力机上成功地锻造出大型高压截止阀阀体 .
