This article introduces the basic design and determination of pile bearing capacity.The maximum sinking of the foundation of No.2tower is 14.85cm.The minimum sinking of the foundation of cold exchange frame is 5.1 cm.The foundation of cylindrical furnace inclines by 2.5 per cent,the vacuum tower inclines by 1.86 per cent.Both value are below the spe- cified ones.Now such units are running normally.Using The method of static pressure pile don't infleunce not only on the structure of units itself,but also on the neighbour structures. The method can save 26 percent of concrete,40 per cent of steel,25 per cent of enginee- ring cost as compared with the method of driving pile.So the author suggests it can be used in any places where the suitble conditions exist.

上海炼油厂在厂区内扩建常减压装置时,考虑该装置座落在回填土冷却湖上的地质概况及静压桩具有振动和噪音较小特点,不影响邻近装置的安全。在1972年扩建施工中采用了静压桩的方法,其采用的静力压桩设备 Dig—80型,最大轴向静压力为800kN。文章介绍了该法施工中的基础设计与桩承载力的确定;采用静力压桩的构筑物基础,经9~12年的基础沉降观测,看出基础最大沉降为14.85cm(减压塔_2),最小沉降为5.1cm(冷换框架),实测圆筒炉基础倾斜为2.5‰,减压塔_1为1.86‰,倾斜小于规定。经过实践验证,设备使用完全正常,静力压桩不仅对本装置的构筑物无影响,对邻近构筑物也无影响。工程费用比打入桩节省混凝土26%、钢材40%,降低工程造价25%。笔者认为有条件的地方,可以推广使用静压桩。

Based on a project recently carried out in Maomig Petroleum Industry Corporation, this paper reveals a great reality to make progress in applying the heat transfer enhancement and design optimization techniques by the chance of annual planning of equipment renovation. The funds of equipment renovation has so far been used for purchasing new equipments similar to the old ones to be abandoned owing to corrosion, leakage, or other problems. It is possible in some cases to take this opportunity for making some changes...

Based on a project recently carried out in Maomig Petroleum Industry Corporation, this paper reveals a great reality to make progress in applying the heat transfer enhancement and design optimization techniques by the chance of annual planning of equipment renovation. The funds of equipment renovation has so far been used for purchasing new equipments similar to the old ones to be abandoned owing to corrosion, leakage, or other problems. It is possible in some cases to take this opportunity for making some changes in flow arrangement to achieve additional energy-saving benefit. In the above mentioned project, by enhancing and optimizing the -design of 11 heat exchangers, the capital investment and the energy consumption are reduced by ¥22.9×10~4 and 2.0 MW(7.2GJ/h), respectively. An annual profit of ¥62.8×10~4 is expected.

本文指出石油化工企业冷换设备更新中,应改变以往照原有设备型号复制的作法.一方面利用更新的机会采用强化技术和优化设计技术,提高冷换设备技术水平、节省投资;另一方面,充分利用计划内设备更新资金,在有限范围内和可能条件下,通过局部调整取得节能和经济效果.最近完成的一个方案设计实例的经济效果是,在11台设备更新的优化设计中节省一次投资22.9×10~4元,同时降低能耗2.0MW,年经济效益62.8×10~4元.文中介绍了所采用的换热器强化和优化设计软件和处理冷却设备负荷弹性的设计思想.对于石油化工企业具有普遍的推广意义.

Among these were the revamping and innovation of distributor and downflow-pipe, bed cyclone separators, slide valve, riser reac-tor, fractionator, heat exchanging and cooling system, absorption stabilization system as well as main air blowers etc. The processing capacity of the unit increased by 50%, and significant economic benefits have been obtained. The first domestic set of flue gas power recovery facilities was developed and considerable progresses in energy conservation as well as in reduction of utilities consumption were achieved, making contributions to the development of domestic FCC techniques.
