研究了沥青技术性能与混合料疲劳性能的相关性。首先 ,测定不同沥青的 2 5℃针入度、针入度指数 PI、含蜡量、老化前软化点、老化后软化点、PAV压力老化残留物的动态剪切试验 G* sinδ值等技术指标 ;其次 ,用这几种沥青拌制相同级配 (AC- 16 I)的沥青混合料 ,并成型试件 ,用 MTS810材料试验系统测定其疲劳寿命 ;最后 ,用灰关联的分析方法 ,分析各种沥青技术指标与混合料疲劳性能的相关性。研究表明 :沥青的含蜡量对沥青混合料的疲劳性能影响最显著 ,实际工程中应严格控制沥青的含蜡量 ;SHRP所提出的表达沥青胶结料疲劳性能的指标 G* sinδ与混合料疲劳性能的灰关联度较大

The test method of determining the critical temperature was presented and the performance of two kinds of domestic heavy-duty paving asphalt was evaluated. The results indicate that their permanent anti-deformation, anti-fatigue cracking and anti-low temperature cracking performance are good; and the new method is better than the old one.

简单介绍了新修订的 PG性能等级规范由不同温度下的弯曲梁流变试验和直接拉伸试验数据得到临界开裂温度 ,进而确定沥青胶结料低温性能等级的方法。按照新规范规定的指标要求 ,对两种国产重交通道路沥青的性能进行了评价。结果表明 ,它们具有优良的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能。同原规范相比 ,新规范在评价沥青胶结料的低温性能方面具有更好的科学性。
