本文以2—乙基己基膦酸单(2—乙基己基)酯(简称P_(507))萃取碱土金属镁、钙和过渡金属锰、铁、锌离子,得到了相应的固体萃合物,测量了它们的红外光谱,探讨了化学键特性,推测了反应机理。结果表明,这些金属离子被P_(507)萃取后是与P_(507)的磷酰基氧原子相键合,形成的萃合物为聚合体。

本文用原子吸收光谱法测定了延边地区65岁~108岁健康老人110人头发中的铜、锰、铁、锌及镁的含量,比较了66人的白发与44人的黑发中这些元素的含量差异.结果表明,白发中的锰和镁的含量明显低于黑发,但铜、锌、铁的含量则无明显差异.这些差别在男性很明显,但在女性则不甚明显.

The determination of the inorganic elements in Amomum villosum lour with AAS and AES is reported in the paper. We have also measured the recovery rate(%) and precision (CV%) of Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu, which are 81-101 and 1.7-2.7 respectively.
