The paper mainly discussed the technology of manufacturing fly ash particleboard by hot pressing. Processing parameters related to board properties were studied and analyzed. It was concluded as follows: 1 Adopting electrical fly ash to make fly ash particleboard was practicable with cement and active agent added through hot pressing. 2 The effects of board density on board properties were significant. When the ratio of fly ash to (fly ash +cement) was 0.6, the ideal value of other parameters was suggested...

It was concluded as follows: 1 Adopting electrical fly ash to make fly ash particleboard was practicable with cement and active agent added through hot pressing. 2 The effects of board density on board properties were significant. When the ratio of fly ash to (fly ash +cement) was 0.6, the ideal value of other parameters was suggested as follows: board density 1200 kg/cm 3; (fly ash+cement)/wood 2 5; water/(fly ash+cement) 0.4; NaOH content 9%; pressing temperature 120℃; pressing time 1.5 min/mm. 3 Compared with fly ash board by cold pressing, the board made through hot pressing had two advantages, i.e., high initial Strength and high production efficiency.

论述了热压法制造粉煤灰(fly_ash)刨花板工艺。试验选取热压温度、热压时间、粉煤灰/(粉煤灰+水泥)、灰木比、水灰比、添加剂和板子密度等工艺变量进行了研究。结果表明:(1)用速生杨和南京热电厂Ⅰ级电除尘粉煤灰作主要原料制造粉煤灰刨花板是可行的。(2)粉煤灰用量占总灰量(即粉煤灰/(粉煤灰+水泥)的60%~70%时制板仍然能达到冷压法水泥刨花板国家行业标准要求。但随着粉煤灰用量所占比例的增加,板子强度先呈上升趋势,到60%以后又呈下降趋势,60%时板各项性能指标较好。(3)板子密度对板子性能影响极其显著,灰木比其次。建议:粉煤灰/(粉煤灰+水泥)=60%时,板密度1200kg/cm3,灰木比为25、水灰比为04,强碱性添加剂用量为9%,活性剂用量为4%,热压温度120℃左右,热压时间15min/mm板厚为宜。(4)热压法粉煤灰刨花板相对于冷压法制板具有初强度高、生产效率高的优点。

No.5 generating unit of Nanjing Cogeneration Power Plant employs feedwater system composed of three 50% capacity adjustable speed main feedwater pumps.Combined with this practical example,a new full range feedwater control system design scheme is proposed.This scheme can meet the requirements for high efficiency energy saving design and application in project,with water level of boiler drum directly controlled by adjusting rotational speed of feedwater pumps.The economic benefit is obvious.

结合南京热电厂5 号机组3 台50 % 容量调速主给水泵组成的给水系统实例,提出一种新的全程给水控制系统设计方案。该方案符合高效节能设计和工程化要求,调节给水泵转速直接控制汽包水位,经济效益显著。
