During the application of Banzhongshouang,attention should bepaid to the quality of the dressing work.For dry dressing or wet dres-sing of the seed,the control effect is quite similar.But dry dressing ismore safe in operation,simpler in handling,and easier to extend itsapplication. It is safer to treat spring wheat than winter wheat with Banzhong-shouang.And for winter wheat,the effect of nzhongshouang is also different on various breeds of wheat seed. With thiophanate-methyl the average effectiveness of plat tests was 71.33% and of large scale tests was 61.16%.The yields were increased 73%. Antibiotic of Gong-Zhu-Ling also showed better result.It was applied at the seedling(5g/m~2 with 30 jin of soil)or transplanting stage and establishing stage(800~1000×water),the result was worse when it was applied during plant stage.MBC was sensitive to V.dahliae,5ppm might be enough for eontroling.Each plant co ntaind 44ppm of MBC after 40 days of appling.When soil containing MBC was applied during sowing season with irrigation during transplanting stage,each plant contained more than 10ppm of MBC after 20 days.

1976~1978年从长春、白城市郊田间病株分离到 Verticillium 共64株,其中产生黑色菌落的60株,白色菌落的4株,经过致病性、形态、梅干培养基上特性、温度、pH 值范围、营养和同功酶等测定。确定是 V.dahliae Klek.,并且有黑色和白色二种不同的类群或小种。1975~1982年用8种化学农药和4种生物农药筛选、小区试验和较大面积示范试验表明多菌灵和甲基托布津在苗期施药(每平方米药5克拌30斤土)或在移植期、定植期灌药防效都较好,前者小区平均防效为71.78%、较大面积示范平均为74.29%,并可增产一倍以上,后者小区平均防效71.33%,较大面积示范为61.16%。生物农药中公主岭霉素较好。多菌灵对 V.dahliae 敏感 5ppm 即有抑菌效果,施药后40天的幼苗体内多菌灵含量较多每株达44ppm。示范田中播期施药土移植期又灌根,在20天后即定值时仍测得幼苗内含有10ppm 以上的多菌灵。

Field experiments under heavy natural infection conditions indicated that the new formulation of Ridomil gave a control effect of over 90% when applied at the rate of 2g a.i./1/7 days and at 4g a.i./1/7 days or 14 days, while 84% when applied at 3g a. i./1/10 days. New formulation of Aliette contributed a 72.5% and 91.5% control effect at the dosage of 50g a.i./l and 70g a.i./1 every ten days, but the water-based formulation only offered around 70% of the effect when applied at the rate of 10g a.i. /1/4days. It was also found that both the water-based and new formulation of Ridomil seemed to permeate into the bark at least 0.12cm and translocate lcm downwards from the treated part on the panel. No such kind of effect was observed in the case of Aliette and Captafol. The results revealed that the new formulations of Ridomil and Aliette are superior to Aliette water—based formulation in efficiency, persistency and stability of the control effect on black stripe.

橡胶树割面接种测验结果表明,有效成分0.1%、1%和1%的瑞毒霉、霉疫净和敌菌丹防治条溃疡病的效果达到85~100%。自然重病条件下,田间试验结果表明,瑞毒霉新制剂0.2%7天施药一次、0.4%7天和14天施药一次的防效都在90%以上,0.3%10天施药一次的防效84%。霉疫净新制剂5%和7%有效成分,10天施药一次的防效分别为72.5%和91.5%。1%霉疫净水剂4天施药一次平均防效大约70%。另外,瑞毒霉水剂和新制剂能渗透树皮至少0.12厘米,和向割线下方转移,而霉疫净和敌菌丹在割面上无内吸传导性能。结果表明,新制剂比水剂持效期长,防效高,而且稳定。
