This paper discusses the climatic computational methods of effective radiation over the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and its adjacent areas by using the data observed over the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau for the period from August 1982 to July 1983, and the distribution figures of the annual total and monthly totals over the Plateau and its adjacent areas are drawn. The results show that the high value of the annual total of effective radiation is in the western part of the Plateau, the values gradually reduce from western part to eastern past of the Plateau and the low value is in Sichuan Basin. The high and low centers move lightly with the seasonal variation, respectively.

本文利用1982年8月—1983年7月在青藏高原地区观测得到的有效辐射资料,讨论了高原地区有效辐射的气候计算方法,並根据拟合得到的气候计算公式,绘制了高原地区有效辐射的年、月分布图。结果表明,全年有效辐射的分布形势是:高原西部为有效辐射的高值区,由西向东逐渐减少,四川盆地为低位区。随着季节的变化,高低值中心略有偏移。

Based on the real-time observational data from 61 solar radiationstations, a method for climatological calculation of scattering radiationis discussed herein. Through detailed analysis of the effects of cloud-iness on scattering radiation, a semi-theoretical and semi-empiricalclimatological-statistical equation of scattering radiation is proposed,and using cloudiness data from 206 weather stations the scatteringradiation distribution over China is calculated and analyzed.

本文利用我国61个日射站的实测资料,讨论了太阳散射辐射的气候计算方法。在详细分析云对散射辐射影响的基础上,提出了半理论、半经验散射辐射气候计算式,并利用全国206个站的云量资料,计算并分析了散射辐射的全国分布。
