         In this paper,the relation between the reverse order and its decision making environment in AHP is studied.The decision making environment and phenomenon of reverse order are defined. The mechanism of causing reverse order is analysed mathematically and explained qualitatively. A strong keeping order thoorem under multi-criterion is given. Finally,the direction of further researches is pointout.
