Some problems may occur when applying conventional CP system to a oil pump station which is characterized by limited working area, concentrated production facilities and related pipings, numerous branchings, and complex piping systems. It is the distinguishing feature of local CP system that the subject to be protected is a complex of metallic structures located in a limited area. Based on the practice of CP in a localized pump station,it is pointed out that (1)primary subject for CP shall be the bottom plates of oil tank,followed by buried or underground pipeline as well as related facilities; (2)the reasonable range of polarized potential for local CP shall be - 0. 85--1. 20 V;and (3) deep well anode is the preferred choice to other anode bed alternatives for local CP system. With the stray current interference going with application of this technique,highly resistant potentiostat plus zinc alloy anode system is used so as to increase drainage protection and eliminate further unsafe factor to the local CP system.

输油泵站站内区域较小,生产设施及其相连的工艺管网相对集中,分支较多,管网的构成复杂,这些因素给站内采用常规的阴极保护系统带来了一定困难。区域阴极保护的特点就是保护对象为一定区域内金属结构的复合体。通过对站区区域性阴极保护技术课题的现场实施,提出:①阴极保护对象应首先集中在油罐底板,其次是埋地、地沟管道及其相关设备,②站内区域性阴极保护的极化电位在-0.85~-1.20V范围比较恰当合理,③深井阳极是区域性阴极保护系统中阳极地床的首选方案。针对该技术应用中存在的杂散电流干扰问题,采用抗干扰能力强的恒电位仪以及锌合金阳极的联合保护,加强系统的排流能力,使站内补加的区域性阴极保护系统不会构成新的不安全因素。

The interference corrosion of external steel structures located next to cathodically protected (CP) systems was evaluated based on electric field theory of stable currents. The parameters in the evaluation were from (1) peripheral electrical field modeling of CP systems, (2) location of external structures,and (3) polarization of the surface of metal structures. The equations of potential shift on structures were derived in typical cases,such as on pipes near the CP pipeline,or surface structures near the CP...

The interference potential and current density on pipeline near several CP storage tanks were calculated analytically,and the results were agreement those by numerical methods.

采用稳流电场理论,根据阴极保护体系周围电场分布、受电干扰构件位置和构件表面电化学行为等参数计算阴极 保护系统对外部金属构件的电干扰腐蚀。推导了阴极保护管道对外部平行或垂直管道,阴极保护储罐对地面管道和阴极 保护套管对地面设施的电干扰电位公式。并以一个储罐区区域阴极保护体系对临近管道的电干扰为例,计算了干扰电位 分布及简化条件下干扰电流密度(腐蚀速度),和国外文献中数值法计算结果吻合。解析计算法在工程应用和优化参数设 计等方面有更大应用前景。
