In this paper, a new ultrasonic method for breaking through ice block is proposed. For the ice block samples, the 300mm/min of breaking through velocity can be reached only with ca. 5W/cm 2 of the low or high frequency ultrasound. The experimental procedures have been introduced and both cavitation concentrating mechanical effect and thermal effect of jetting acoustic cavitation field in the process are indicated, finally, the future applications in the ice process engineering are predicted.

本文提出了超声破穿冰块的新方法。对冰块样品的实验表明,利用5W/cm2声强的超声可以达到300mm/min的破穿速度。作者介绍了这种实验方法,并认为:喷射声空化场的空化集中效应是超声破穿冰块的作用机制。最后,预测了这种超声破穿方法在冰处理工程上的应用。

Objective To design a blunt-tipped drill of pedicle screw placement,in order to decrease the accident of pedicle violations during pedicle screw placement.Methods Seven Low thoracic and lumbar spine specimens from T_(10) to L_5 were used for pedicle screw placement.Two techniques of transpedicular screw placement were used.For the conventional placement technique Kirschner wire and for the placements technique a blunt-tipped drill of pedicle screw placement was used.After screw placements,all specimens were dissected and confirmed by visual inspection any pedicle wall violation.Results In the group using the blunt-tipped drill of pedicle screw placement,one pediclar cortex was penetrated by screws(2.0%).In the group of the conventional placement technique,eight pediclar cortexes were penetrated by screws(16%).Conclusion In the group in which the conventional placement technique is used,there is a higher accident of pedicle violation.The blunt-tipped drill of pedicle screw placement will significantly enhance the successful rate.

目的设计一种新型椎弓根钝头钻,以期减少椎弓根螺钉植入的穿破率。方法选用7具成人胸腰段脊柱标本(T10~L5)。随机分为2组:对照组(n=49):采用克氏针准备钉道,植入螺钉;实验组(n=49):采用钝头钻准备钉道植入螺钉。术后解剖标本直视下观察椎弓根周壁,了解螺钉的穿破率。结果实验组49个椎弓根仅1例穿破(穿破率2.0%);对照组8例穿破(穿破率16.0%),两组结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用新型钝头钻准备钉道,能明显降低下胸椎及腰椎椎弓根螺钉植入的穿破率。
