The technology of converting drilling mud to cement slurry by using blast furnace slag is intro-duced. The dosage of this cement slurry system is also given. Tests indicate that this cement slurry system has the advantage of good compatibility, high compressive strength, and adjustable thickening time. The cost of cementing can be decreased effectively.

固井作业中,因常规水泥与钻井泥浆难以相容,造成固井水泥污染,严重影响固井质量。设计了密度为1.52~1.60g/cm~3的高炉水淬矿渣固井液体系,该体系以矿渣为水化材料,再加入激活剂。对该体系与两种早强高密度水泥浆的相容性、配伍性进行了对比试验。结果表明,该技术能提高固井质量,降低固井成本。
