涤纶短纤生产线的单线产能已由 80年代的 5 0~ 6 0 t/d发展到 10 0~ 15 0 t/d,增容的主要途径 :前纺增加纺丝位数和喷丝板孔数 ;后加工是加长牵伸辊的长度和提高丝束密度。我国通过对原 5 0 t/d单线产能生产线的成功改造已扩容至 6 0 t/d,已基本具备了自行建设 70~ 10 0 t/d前纺生产线的能力 ,大容量的后加工生产线尚需从国外引进。在建设 15 0 t/d生产线时 ,建议采用“75 t/d× 2前纺生产线 + 15 0 t/d× 1的后加工生产线”的配置方案。

This article technically discussed the main elements limiting the capacity of spunbonded nonwoven lines and analyzed technical characters about fine denier spinning, multi beams spinning, electronic heated thermo bonded process etc. It also pointed out that the important methods for developing spunbonded nonwovens in new century can go through by bio degradable materials, bicomponent spinning technology, and finishing processes for combination of spunbonded products and other products.

从技术上探讨了制约纺粘法非织造布生产线能力的主要因素 ,分析了纺丝细旦化、多箱体纺丝、电感加热的热轧工艺等技术特点 ,提出了利用生物可降解原料、双组分纺丝技术、纺粘产品与其他产品复合的后加工等是新世纪发展纺粘法非织造布工业的重要手段。
