The score of Surv in tumors with the maximal diameter <5 cm (4.00±2.10) was significantly higher than that in tumors with the maximal diameter ≥5 cm (2.17±1.86), P<0.05. However, there was no relationship between the expressions of Arom and Surv in PHCs and other clinicopathologic features of the PHCs.
Objective: To study the expression of Matrix metalloprateinase-9 (MMP9), E-cadherin (E-cad) and CD44 splice variant 6 (CD44v6) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and their relationships with clinical pathological characteristics and to investigate their roles in carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of OSCC.
Objective: To investigate the correlation of p21~(WAF1/CIP1), p27~(KIP1) expressions with the carcinogenesis, clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis in HCC, as well as the clinical application of p21~(WAF1/CIP1), p27~(KIP1) expressions for diagnosis, prognosis assessment in HCC.
(2) the relation between MVD and clinical pathological characteristics: MVD of metastasis of lymph node in the armpit was 26.01±14.24. The MVD of non-metastasis of lymph node was 16.27±7.95. The difference was significant (P<0.05).
AIM: To study the relationship between thymidine phosphorylase(TP)/platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF), microvessel density (MVD) and the clinical pathological characteristics of colorectal carcinoma.
Objective: To explore the relationship between p33ING1b expression and clinicopathologic characteristics in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and the possible mechanism of p33ING1b in the oncogenesis of NSCLC.
Methods The methylation of the promotors of the five genes including p14, hMLH1, p16, MGMT and MINT1 were detected using methylation specific PCR in 71 patients to determine the clinicopathologic characteristics of sporadic colorectal cancers with CpG island methylator phenotype.
The clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.
Objective: To study the clinical pathological characteristics of ovarian metastasis of endometrial carcinoma and the factors affecting prognosis.
Correlations among expression of angiopietin-1 to clinical pathological characteristics an angio-genesis in oral squamous cell c
Our objective was to investigate the expression of HMGA1 mRNA and protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the correlation between its expression and clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis.
They attempted to establish the correlation of nt substitutions with clinical pathological characteristics.
The morbidity, clinicopathologic characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this group of tumor are discussed.
Relationship between preoperative clinicopathologic characteristics and lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer
Relationship between full-field digital mammographic features and clinicopathologic characteristics in 176 cases with breast can
Recent evidence suggests that diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with plasmablastic differentiation represents a clinically heterogeneous spectrum with different clinicopathologic characteristics representing distinct entities.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of three cases of TOH.
