Generation means analyses which were introduced by K.Mather andJ.L.Jinks(1977)were used to study weight of grain per plant,weightof ears per plant,weight per 100 seeds,number of kernels per row,row number of kernels per ear,number of ears per plant and ear lengthin corn(Zea mays L.).Eight inbred line parents,P_1,P_2,their se-ven F_1 hybrids,their seven F_2,and 14 backcross populations,B_1,B_2,were used in the analysis.G.S.Chahal and J.L.Jinks(1978)introduced general method ofdetecting the additive,dominance and epistatic variation that inbred li-nes can generate using a single tester.This method was simultaneouslyused to study the several characters.In connection with the specific group of parents studied,the resultsof these experiments indicate that additive,dominance and epistaticgene effects were all important in the inheritance of weight of grainper plant,weight of ears per plant,number of kernels per row and-ear length.weight per 100 seeds was controlled by additive and cpista-tic gene effects.The genetic variation of the number of ears per plant may mostlybe attributed to additive gene effects and in part to epistasis.In addi-tion,the genetic variation may mostly be attributed to additive gene ef-fects and partly to dominance and epistasis for row number of kernelsper ear.

Uneven-aged forest is not only a natural ecosystem, but a complicated forest management system. Uneven-aged forest is not only a natural ecosystem, but a complicated forest management system. This system can be divided into three components-Ingrowth, Mortality, and Upgrowth in the view of management. The interaction of the three components made Uneven-aged stand into regular dynamics. Nonlinear models were developed for prediction of periodic ingrowth,mortality,and upgrowth by 4-cm diameter classes in north eastern mixed forest stand of Heilongjiacg province. Models were constructed using 5-year growth records on 35 permanent plots and 15 temporary plots with a br.oad range of age and size classes distributions. The fir (Abies nephrolepis) in all plots is more than 50 percent. The dynamic transition of uneven-aged forest stand was predicted using this group of models; In the last section of this paper, consideration in the formulation of the models and a disscussion of their use and limitation are also presented. It is indicated that nonlinear models are better than linear models.

异龄林既是一个自然生态系统,又是一个复杂的森林经营系统。一个经营工作者要对异龄林进行高效率的经营,就必须掌握现实林的动态变化规律,以便有目的地制定经营措施。异龄林系统从经营角度出发,可以划分成如下三个组成单元:进界生长量、向上生长量和枯损量。上述三个单元的相互作用构成了异龄林系统的动态变化规律。本文的主要目的就是通过对上述三个生长单元的动态进行模拟,寻找出异龄林的动态变化规律,所用方法是对每个生长单元用多个数学模型进行拟合,再通过统计量分析和实际验证从中选出最理想的模型,并据此对现实异龄林的动态进行预测。证明了以曲线形式反映异龄林的动态变化远优于线性形式。所用材料取自黑龙江省小兴安岭和牡丹江林区的冷杉(Abies nephrolepis)为主的异龄针阔混交林。

本文用扩展三重测交设计研究了甘蓝型油菜芥酸及其他脂肪酸含量的遗传。结果表明,芥酸的上位性效应不显著,主要受加性效应控制,显性作用较小。显性方向为正,一级统计量分析不显著,二级统计量分析达显著水平。方差分量 D,H 和 F 的估值分别为358.15—362.22,8.74—18.00和51.77—53.26。平均显性度为0.1553—0.2242,优势比为0.0051—0.1156,基因数目的估值平均为2.02±0.0298。两个基因座位的加性效应基本上相等,平均约为13.50%。廿碳烯酸、十八碳酸(油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸之和)和棕榈酸存在极显著的上位性效应,廿碳烯酸和十八碳酸符合六参模型,前者[i],[j],[l]互作均显著,后者[l]互作不显著。棕榈酸不符合六参模型。
