本文简要介绍中国豆科牧草根瘤菌资源的采集、保藏及利用概况,近二十年来,中国农业微生物菌种保藏管理中心从20多个省区采集豆科植物根瘤及土壤样品,分离出土著根瘤菌分离物3000多份,从中筛选出516株豆科根瘤菌优良菌种。这些菌种将作为国家重要微生物资源进行长期保藏和持续利用。在我国北方、南方及西部地区确定豆科根瘤菌接种剂定点生产厂,国家对接种剂生产实行质量检验登记管理,质量不合格者不得销售。在北方退化草原及南方退化草地改良工程中,飞机播种豆科牧草种子普遍采用丸衣化接种根瘤菌技术,利用根瘤菌与豆科植物共生固氮作用,有效地解决了人工草地的缺氮问题。

Phytocide Tillage is seeding herbage in zero tillage after killing vegetation with phytocide, it is a sort of technique of improving degenerated pasture and controlling pasture degeneration in low cost, high efficiency, good effect and taken into account evironmental and ecological protection. In all experimental pasture, effect of Phytocide Tillage was far better than Ploughing and Harrowing, RW and SDR\-5 raised by 62.68% (Artemisia spp.)~95.75%% (Imperata cylindrica) and 47.35% (Artemisia spp.)~83.54%...

In all experimental pasture, effect of Phytocide Tillage was far better than Ploughing and Harrowing, RW and SDR\-5 raised by 62.68% (Artemisia spp.)~95.75%% (Imperata cylindrica) and 47.35% (Artemisia spp.)~83.54% (Imperata cylindrica) respectively, qualiity and value of all grassland was “excellent”. The cost of Phytocide Tillage were 612.00~ 1251.25 Yuan/hm\+2, Ploughing and Harrowing were 1450.00~1600.19Yuan/hm\+2; if all cost convert the first utilized dry yield of seeding herbage, Phytocide Tillage were 0.17 (Stellaria media) ~ 0.40 (Native pasture) Yuan/kg, Ploughing and Harrowing were 0.98 (Artemisia spp.)~2.25 (Bromus catharticus) Yuan/kg.

化除免耕法即用除草剂清除植被后免耕播种牧草 ,是一种低成本、高效率、效果好并兼顾环境和生态保护的退化草地改良和控制草地退化的方法。在试验的各类型草地中 ,效果均比常规作业好得多 :改良后播种牧草相对重量提高 6 2 .6 8% (蒿类型 )~ 95.75% (白茅型 ) ,优势度提高4 7.35% (蒿类型 )~ 83.54% (白茅型 ) ,草地质量、草地价值均达“优”。化除免耕法成本为 6 12 .0 0~ 12 51.2 5元 /hm2 ,常规法为 14 50 .0 0~ 16 0 0 .19元 /hm2 ;若将成本全部加在第 1次利用时的播种牧草的干草产量上 ,化除免耕法为 0 .17(蘩缕型 )~ 0 .4 0 (天然草地型 )元 /kg ,常规法为 0 .98(蒿类型 )~ 2 .2 5(扁穗雀麦型 )元 /kg。
