In the stages of design, fabrication and test, the viewpoints of dialectical materialism are firmly insisted on. Lots of contradictions in connection with the task are analyzed and so there comes the conclusion that the temperature rise is the principal contradiction. In order to limit the temperature rises and thermal strains resulted therefrom, suitable measures are taken to suppress the overheating due to preloading and poor lubrication of the bearings and the electrical losses etc. and significant results are then obtained. The method of forced cooling by fluid convection along a helical path in the jacket of the electric motor is adopted in order to facilitate the heat dissipation. Based on the results of analyses and experiments, the new prototype product of electric spindle has been successfully made. The temperature rises and thermal strains are all within normal limits when the spindle runs continuously at high speed. Other characteristic features are also found satisfactory.

本文叙述工农兵学员在大功率电主轴的设计、试制和试验中,坚持辩证唯物主义的观点,分 析了试制电主轴的各种矛盾,找出了主要矛盾──温升。针对温升和由它引起的热变形,在主轴 轴承的预紧、润滑和电机损耗等发热问题上采取了一系列措施,取得了明显的效果。同时在外壳 采用了流体沿筒壁螺旋线受迫对流式的冷却,以加强散热。 根据以上分析和试验而试制成功的电主轴在高速运转时,温升和热变形都比较正常,其它各 项性能指标也都比较理想。

A new type of stress piezometer,RS stress gage,is presented in this paper.This new type of stress gage makes use of piezoelectricity of pie- zocrystal to measure dynamic stress and read the magnitude directly.To avoid the bad matching of the gage and rock mass in situ,the shell of the gage is made of rock core from in situ.It has been proved that the new stress gage can work well during the measuring of the stress of blast wave in rock mass as long as it was made fine,calibrated accurately,and inserted carefully....

本文介绍一种用于岩体爆炸测量的新型压电应力计——RS 型应力计.它利用压电晶体的压电效应直接测量应力。由于外壳采用爆炸现场测点处的岩芯材料制成,避开了应力测量中难以解决的匹配问题.实践表明:只要保证 RS 型应力计按规定工艺要求制作,并进行系统的标定和回填,对中硬和坚硬岩体中自由场和毛洞周边的爆炸应力测量是可行的。

It's equibrium evaporation rate is 0.73 liters per day (21.44mW ) . After liquid-helium test we find that helium permeability is an important factor for FRP liquid-helium dewar.

本文介绍了用于SQUID测量的10升玻璃钢液氦杜瓦,内胆用DB—1低温玻璃钢制作,杜瓦外壳采用环氧—聚酰胺玻璃钢制造。采用无磁的结构型式。平衡时每天蒸发液氦0.73升(21.44mW)。液氦试验发现:氦气渗透是影响玻璃钢液氦杜瓦性能的重要因素,应予以重视。
