We report a very rare case of primary gastric small cell carcinoma (GSCC) that was accompanied with gastric tubular adenocarcinoma.
      
The pathological examination showed two separated lesions of the stomach, which contained the components of primary GSCC and primary gastric tubular adenocarcinoma.
      


The lactate dehydrogenase is an important glycolysis and has been found in all tissues of the human organisms. When the normal cells are transformed, the LDH will be increased. We extracted it from the homogeneous cell line of BGC823 and studied LDH by qualitative and quantitative analyses. This report demonstrated that the LDH activity of BGC823 was higher and filled the whole cytoplasm. Our purpose is to understand the enzyme spectrum, the function and regulation of the genes.

乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)是糖代谢中的一个酶系,它存在于人体所有组织中.当正常细胞发生恶性转化是,乳酸脱氢酶将明显升高,因此成为恶性肿瘤细胞的一个特性.本之采用高度均一的人胃管状腺癌细胞系(BGC823)进行冻融提取,并用醋酶纤维素薄膜电泳技术,对人胃癌细胞系(BGC823)的乳酸脱氢酶进行定性、定量分析.同时作了组化染色制片的形态学观察。本报告使用标准乳酸脱氢酶同工酶电泳法(Z.C.1.1.1.27),实验结果表明,人胃癌细胞系的乳酸脱氢酶活性远远超过正常细胞系的水平,定位在人胃癌细胞系的细胞质中。本研究目的是了解人胃癌细胞系的酶谱,并为基因定位和调控提供初步依据.

Forty nine specimens of stomach after gastrotomy were studied, including 12 of normal gastric mucous membrane, 12 of chronic peptic ulcer, 10 of atypia and 14 adenocarcinoma. There were significant difference in DNA content statistically in each kind of the specimens. We also measured the area of the nucleus. It was found that DNA grade Ⅰ was related to the area of the nucleus negatively, but DNA grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ were in positive correlation. Meanwhile, cell nuclear content was measured by microspectrophotometry(MPV Model Ⅲ, Leitz). The results showed that aneuploid and polyploid were in high percentage among cells of adenocarcinoma. This was identical with the finding in light microscope.

本文选择49份胃手术标本(包括正常胃粘膜12例、慢性溃疡13例,胃粘膜不典型增生10例和胃管状腺癌14例)为对象,探讨细胞核内DNA含量的变化。采用常规切片,H·E染色、Feulgen反应显示DNA,光镜下分三级,光镜下测核面积,并选新鲜的正常胃粘膜、胃癌各2例应用显微分光光度仪检查。结果发现光镜下各组病变DNA含量分级中,癌>不典型增生>慢性溃疡>正常,具统计学意义;正常胃粘膜和病变细胞核DNA与直径、核面积的平均值,则癌肿表现核大且DNA含量多;正常胃粘膜细胞和病变细胞核DNA含量与核面积的相关,表现DNA Ⅰ级含量与核面积大小呈负相关,DNA Ⅱ、Ⅲ级均呈正相关;显微分光光度仪结果表明,癌细胞的多倍体及不整倍体细胞的百分数占相当数量,其参差不等的结果与镜下所见很吻合。我们认为,细胞化学方法在光镜下测定DNA含量,可以达到半定量的效果。

There are no or faint enzyme reaction products in low differentiated adenocarcinoma. The funnctional metabolism and biological character of gastric adenocarcinoma were discussed.

应用电镜酶细胞化学方法对12例胃癌细胞三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg~(2+)—ATPase,Ca~(2+)—ATPase),5~1—核苷酸酶(5NPase)及胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶(CMPase)进行了超微结构水平的定位观察。结果表明:胃管状腺癌细胞腔缘微绒毛丰富,Mg~(2+)—ATPase、Ca~(2+)—ATPase及5NPase定位于微绒毛表面,反应明显,提示其功能代谢具有极性分布特点。粘液腺癌细胞出、入胞现象活跃,Mg~(2+)—ATPase、Ca~(2+)—ATPase及CMPase反应明显,认为与其粘液的大量分泌,营养物质的摄取与加工以及逃避免疫细胞的杀伤机制有关。低分化腺癌上述酶大都无反应或反应微弱。作者认为胃癌细胞的酶活性及其分布与其分化程度及功能状况有关。
