In this paper,the nonspecific ulcerative colitis (NUC) is reported to be closely related to body immune function disorder. Extraets of Pollen Typh(?)e to some extent can produce a regulating effect on the disease. The medicine was taken by 113 patients in 7 hospitals, with a general efficacy of 88.06%, significantly different from that of group SASP (P<0.005).

本文报告慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎与机体免疫功能失调密切相关,用蒲黄提取物治疗该病可对其有不同程度调节作用。该药经全国七家医院113例患者临床试用,总有效率达88.06%,与SASP组比较差异非常显著(P<0.005)。

Reported were the results from the observation of the rat model of ul- cerative colonitis.The foetal colons of pure strain rats were transplanted beneath the kidney envelops of allogeneic adult rats.In 16 rats transplanted successfully,inflammation infiltration of lymphocytes and mononuclear cells apeared in all the foetal intestines and host's colonstransplanted,and there were pathological changes such as adenenis mucus atrophy,local mucosa depletion,epithelium dropping etc,similar to human ulcerative coloni-...

本文报道了溃疡性结肠炎的大白鼠模型观察的结果。将纯系大白鼠胎鼠结肠移植于同基因成年鼠的肾包膜下。在移植成功的16例中,全部移植的胎肠和宿主结肠均呈现以淋巴细胞,单核细胞为主的炎症,并有粘膜腺体萎缩,局部粘膜上皮缺失脱落等病变,与人类的溃疡性结膜炎的病理变化相似。并观察到宿主鼠血清中存在的抗结肠抗体能同时与同基因胎鼠和成年鼠的结肠抗原发生免疫学反应,宿主鼠血清的淀粉酶及乳酸脱氢酶活性增加,进一步证实这些大白鼠的确患有溃疡性结肠炎。这个动物模型将有助于对溃疡性结肠炎发病机理的研究。

Two model of ulcerative colitis were made by using dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)and acetic acid.Both acute groups were found colonic mucosa to be congestion,edema,infiltration of the laminaepropria with heavy inflamma- tory cells,ulceration,and even necrosis.But no inflammation changes oc- cured in the chronic groups.The model of ulcerative colitis induced by DNCB suggested that cellular immunity reaction in the colon took part in the pathological processes of ulcerative colitis.However,ulcerative colitis were...

采用二硝基氯苯以及乙酸分别复制出二种豚鼠溃疡性结肠炎UC。急性组均表现为结肠粘膜充血水肿,大量炎性细胞浸润,溃疡形成,严重者发生坏死。但慢性组无慢性炎症改变。二硝基氯苯所致的UC模型提示细胞免疫反应参予了UC的病理过程。而乙酸则为UC的直接致炎剂。二种豚鼠模型的比较显示了UC病因发病机理的复杂性。
