The ERG shape and spectral sensitivity are studied (1) In white and chromatic (478, 625nm) light adaptation, the responses to blue (461, 490nm) flashes differ from the responses to the red (616, 642nm) in obvious wavelength dependency. (2) The peak of scotopic spectral sensitivity curve (Sλ curve) is located between 520-540nm, the sensitivity decreases 2.9 log units and its peak shifts 50nm toward the shortwavelength side of the spectrum in photopia condition. Under blue (480nm) and red(642nm) light backgrounds, the spectral sensitivity curves have their maxima at 570nm and 480nm respectively. (3) The increment threshold curves for stimuli of chromatic lights show that the variation rates of sensitivity of the compound eye to monochromatic lights (480, 542 and 642nm) are different with the increase of the intensity of chromatic light backgrounds. It is concluded that the compound eye of Penaeus penicillatus contains two types of receptor, which have peaks lying about 480nm and 570nm separately, so the animall possesses color vision.

本实验用长毛对虾(Penaeus penicillatus)于1984年3—5月捕自厦门附近海域。以Ag—AgC1电极记录非麻醉状态下复眼的视网膜电图(ERG),着重从ERG波形、光谱特性方面,研究长毛对虾复眼感受系统。结果表明:(1)长毛对虾复眼明视ERG波形具波长特异性,在白光和颜色光(478,625 nm)适应下,蓝色(461,490 nm)刺激光所引起的ERG波形均与红色(616,642 nm)刺激光所引起的波形有明显不同。(2)暗视光谱敏感曲线(S_2曲线)峰值位于520—540 nm之间,明视S_2曲线的峰值较暗视S_2曲线峰值向短波段偏移约50 nm。蓝色光(478 nm)适应的S_2曲线峰值位于570 nm附近,红色光(625 nm)适应的S_2曲线峰值位于480 nm附近。此外,在蓝(480 nm)或红(642 nm)背景光下,随着背景光的增强,复眼对单色光敏感性的变化率有所不同。上述结果说明,长毛对虾复眼具有峰值分别约为480和570 nm的两感受系统。

The restricting factor to optomotor response was not screen speed but temporal frequency. These results might be helpful in studying the mechanism for the fluctuation in the daily catch of fish.

研究了鲤鱼幼鱼在白光场下不同表色(蓝色、绿色、黄色、红色和黑色)条纹屏幕中的视觉运动反应,探讨表色、亮度、速度和空间频率对其视觉运动反应速度和临界反应频率的影响。结果表明:除红色外鱼跟随速度随亮度提高而增加;亮度低于10~(-1)nt,鱼对不同颜色的跟随速度差别很大,亮度高于10~0nt则差别不大。鱼在黄表色条纹屏幕中反应最弱,制约视觉运动反应的直接因素是时间频率而非速度。结果有助于探讨捕捞中渔获量日周期变化的机理。

The present paper preliminarily studies the characteristics of the reaction of Tilapia niloticus to set net pieces of red-,yellow-,green-,blue-,biueish-grey colors,and goes further into the adaptivity of Tilapia to blueish-grey net pieces. The results show: The green net piece has the greatest block affect on Tilapia, blueish-grey second,red and yellow third,and blue the lowest. Tilapia is obviously adaptable to blueish-grey net piece. Seven repeated experiments are needed to complete the whole adaptive process....
