A new emulsion explosive was designed and its preparation process was studied in terms of the addition level of PAMAM,concentration of additive PAMAM,temperature and mode of sensitization,etc. The effect of technological condition on the stability and that of addition of PAMAM on the detonation velocity of the explosive were also studied.
By orthogonality experiment, It was indicated that the optimal process condition for the transesterification reaction of rapeseeds oil was methanol to oil molar ratio at 6:1,1% KOH(W%) of oil , reaction temperature was about 60℃, reaction time was about 90 minutes.
The main factors and affection rule that affect separation are confirmed by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments and the best process condition is concluded that feedstock velocity is 80kg/h, transmission belt thickness is 0.13mm, distributor angle is 25°and magnetic roller rotate speed is 300r/min.
The effect of process condition on the glue and iodine value and nitrogen content of coking naphtha hydrotreating was studied in the laboratory by using uniform distribution and experimental design, and a mathematical model was established and the model was analysed.
The experiment shows that magnetic separation unit under the best technology condition applying high nickel equilibrium catalyst in 1.4Mt/a Catalytic Cracking Unit and Catalytic Workshop Beiku of the Dagang Petrochemical Company or secondary high nickel equilibrium catalyst in 0.8Mt/a and 1.2Mt/a Catalytic Cracking Unit of the North China Petrochemical Company , microreactor activity raises 4 to 8 unit and metal removal rate is 21 to 30 percent when recovery rate is 35 to 45 percent.
