A suitable amount of water is put into a 250mL 3mouth flask, and added, in proportion and feeding mode, by the component (AA+AN), initiator (NH4)2S2O8 and regulator of molecular weight at a certain temperature. The reaction lasts for 120min and then the temperature is reduced to 35,followed by the adjustment of pH to a certain value. Mannich reagent is then added into the mixture and reacted for 60min under the keeping temperature. Finally the pH value is adjusted to 5.8-6.5 to give the title product.

在250mL三口烧瓶中加入适量的水,在设计温度下,按比例及加料方式加入单体(AA+AN)、引发剂(NH4)2S2O8及分子量调节剂。反应120min后降温至35℃,调pH值到适当值,加入Mannich试剂,保温反应60min,调pH值为5.8~6.5即可。该复鞣剂选择填充性能突出,对阴离子型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的“败色”现象有较大程度的改善。

In this paper,a new acrylic resin retanning agent of SAT-I has been synthesized by using the optimum conditions which selective from polymerization reaction of acrylic resin and the excellent Mannich reagent.The result of application showed that it not only has excellent selective filling property but also can do help to overcome the question of pastel shades.

通过对丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的合成条件及Mannich试剂的优化选择,合成了一种新型两性丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂SAT-I。应用结果表明,该复鞣剂不仅选择填充性能突出,而且对阴离子型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的“败色”现象有较大程度的改善。

In this paper, the basic properties of modified P(AA-AN) with Mannich reaction (ASF) were characterized. It was showed that the α-H of carboxyl group of P(AA-AN), under the proper conditions, has enough activity to react with Mannich reagents through 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and IR of the modified product ASF. 本文对经Mannich反应改性了的P(AA -AN)聚合物鞣剂 (ASF)的基本性能进行了表征。通过对ASF的IR、1 H -NMR及1 3C -NMR谱图分析表明 :在适宜条件下 ,P(AA -AN)的羧基α -H具有足够活性发生Mannich反应。由ASF鞣剂的应用实验结果可以看出 ,该鞣剂除仍保持改性前聚合物所具有的良好填充性能和明显的选择填充性能外 ,还提高了坯革的着色性能。该鞣剂的综合应用效果较好。
