Methods To analysis the reasons of bleeding and the platelet descend and the related factors of platelet reduce after the treatment of hemoperfusion of 36 cases(55times).
The degree of platelet descend is more in treatment time keeping on 1 hour than 2 hours(P<0.01), more in the density of 50mg/500ml heparin/brine than in 15mg/500ml.
The granulocyte decreasing (GD) rate and platelet decreasing (PD) rate of cases treated with MVDA regimen were higher than that of cases treated with VDA regimen,but the time of the GD and the time of the PD were shorter than 2 weeks.

Poly (vinyl butyral) could be grafted with acrylamide by Ce (Ⅳ) method. Copolymer with variable percent graft and average length of PAmgrafting chains could be obtained by controlling reaction conditions. The examined antithrombogenic properties showed that the copolymer with percent graft 15-25% and the average length of P Am grafting chains longer than 4×10~4 possessed better blood compatibility.
