It widened the angle formed by the qudriceps tendon and the patellar tendon by an average of 10.7 degrees.The contact areas of the patellofemoral joint at flexion of 0-135 ° were determined by contact prints.Following anterior displacement of the tibial turbercle, contact areas were upwardly shifted and enlarged.Our results show that this procedure can decrease the patellofemoral contact stress by lengthening the lever arm of FQ, widening the angle formed by the guad-riceps tendon and patellar tendon and enlarging contact areas of the patellofemoral joint. We recommend it as a possible satisfactory treatment for the patellofemoral joint disorders

对572例小儿麻痹症后遗臀肌麻痹患者施行臀肌重建术,其中Ober术465例,改良Ober术107例,作者就此探讨了Ober术的力学基础;俯卧、站立及屈髋畸形时臀肌的生物力学作用,以及改良Ober术的手术要点及力学依据。证明:力臂增长1cm,重建的臀肌省力约1/3;肌力作用线与关节轴夹角增加15°,可省力约50%;转移肌横截面积增加1cm~2,可增加肌力39.2~107.9N。
