According to the concepts in Recommendation ITUR SM.1046, and was defined as the spectrum utilization efficiency (SUE). The SUE technology and method for radiorelay system are discussed here. From the discussion, we obtain that the better SUE of asystem is not only relative to the styles of modulation, but the antenna, signal processing, coding and RF filter etc. On the basis of the analysis and discussion, 13 suggestions for SUE in China radiorelay system are offered, which will be helpful in the designing of microwave communication system as well as scientific basis for the decision of spectrum regulations and standards made by radio management sector.

简单介绍了我国微波接力通信系统的发展现状,详细分析了我国微波接力通信中存在的一些主要问题。根据ITU-RSM.1046建议关于频谱有效利用的概念,讨论了微波接力通信系统的频谱有效利用的技术和方法,得到一个微波通信系统的频谱利用率不仅与调制方式有关,而且与天线、信号处理、编码、RF滤波器等有关。在分析讨论的基础上提出了我国微波通信系统频谱有效利用的12条建议,为微波通信系统的设计和无线电管理部门制定法规及标准提供了科学依据。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of rainfall, drought affection on crop yields, and the margin between water supply and water requirement of crops, and on the detail analysis of rainfall resources and river flow in the sensitive period of crop development during April to June, some measures and ways and the potentials of improving water use efficiency have been put forward for the typical loess hilly regions. The recommendation includes: improving rainfall use rate by planting more autumn crops to ensure the food security; enlarging irrigation area reasonably and managing the irrigation land intensively in order to get more return from cropland; ameliorating the traditional irrigation system and adopting watersaving irrigation techniques to use water resources more effectively.

以黄土丘陵区安塞县为例,通过系统分析该区域降水特征、作物需水与水资源供应之间的矛盾,并以4~6月水资源供需临界期为主分析了农业用水矛盾,探讨了农业水资源高效利用的潜力及相应的措施与途径。建议农业生产应以秋作物为主,采取避旱方式抵御干旱,与旱作农田雨水资源有效利用技术相配合,保证粮食安全;恢复、改善现有水利设施;发展并实施节水灌溉技术,适度发展灌溉地面积,集约经营灌区农业。这些都是目前黄土丘陵区农业水资源高效利用的有效途径。
