In this paper the liquified boiler slags, gathered from 9 coal-bur- ning power stations, are tested by chemical analysis, XRD, IR and DTA to determine their chemical composition and structural characteristics. The content of solvable silica and alumina of these slags in NaOH or HCl solution is measured by colour method. The correlation detection is also made to estimate the factors influencing the hydraulicity of th- ese slags.

本文对锑精炼渣进行了三相流态化浸出的小型及扩大试验研究,探讨了锑精炼渣水浸分离砷锑的控制环节。考察了锑精炼渣浆的流变特性,讨论了温度、粒度、时间液固比等因素对浸出过程的影响。小型及扩大试验均表明,在常温和液固比为2.0的条件下浸出30min,砷浸出率可达97%。三相流态化浸出可在低液固比下进行,能强化浸出过程,缩短浸出时间。

The structural effect induced due to the co-existance of these cations in the vitreous phase and the influence on the hydraulic activity of the granulated cinder have been discussed.

本文采用穆斯堡尔谱,X射线荧光和红外光谱等分析方法,分别测定了非典型玻璃——液态渣玻璃体中Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)离子的配位状态,分析了它们共存时产生的结构效应,以及对液态渣水硬活性的影响. 实验结果表明,Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)在非典型玻璃体中,有四、六两种配位状态,且在Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)共存时,Al~(3+)四配位的能力比Fe~(3+)强.
