This paper introduces the measuring principle of roll shape on line ultrasonic detection system, and describes the system configuration. It suggests that with the multiple reflection and double threshold methods rise the system testing accuracy.

Nanostructured bulk pure iron has been successfully prepared by severe hot rolling and cool rolling with the usual rolling equipment and heat treatments. The analysis of XRD shows that the grain size in surface layer of specimen after severe rolling and restored at 300 ℃ for 7 h is about 38.9 nm. Five blowing modes with different cooling rates and two laying-head temperatures (880 ℃ and 820 ℃) in STELMOR line were applied for the industrial trial production of wire rod with a diameter of 12.5 mm made of SWRH 82B billet. Five blowing modes with different cooling rates and two laying-head temperatures (880 ℃ and 820 ℃) in STELMOR line were applied for the industrial trial production of wire rod with a diameter of 12.5 mm made of SWRH 82B billet. Attentions were mainly paid to the effect of both the laying-head temperature and the blowing mode on microstructure and tensile properties. Based on this study, the laying-head temperature of 880 ℃ and the optimization of blowing mode were suggested to gain enough high strength(more than 1100 MPa) and amount of sorbite while as little as possible of martensite.

在高速线材轧机上对连铸坯进行了成品直径为 12 .5 mm的 SWRH 82 B盘条轧制的工业性试验。在STEL MOR生产线上研究了 2种吐丝温度 (82 0℃和 880℃ )和 5种冷却风量模式对盘条组织和抗拉强度、断面收缩率的影响。确定了吐丝温度 880℃及能够获得 110 0 MPa以上的抗拉强度 ,又避免马氏体形成 (面积百分数小于0 .0 5 % )的最佳冷却模式。
