Objective To study the

Objective: To investigate the radioprotective effects of cytokines on the hematopioetic impairment in irradiated mice. Methods: Using RSP CM and LP3 CM respectively originated GM CSF and M CSF to treat ICR mice. These mice received different doses of 60 Co γ ray. The 30 days survival rate of mice, the mean survival days of dead mice were recorded; the peripheral white blood cells were counted. Results: RSP CM could effectively raise 30 days survival rate of the mice received 7 5 Gy. However, LP3 CM had no obvious effect. Judging from the comparative survival ratio,only the RSP CM cure group had effect on the 8.0 Gy inrradiated mice. 8.5 Gy irradiated mice were all dead in 30 days, this indicated that GM CSF had weaker effect on higher dose irradiated mice. Conclusion: GM CSF can stimulate the hematopoietic system of irradiated mice, and it has dose effect and time effect relations. M CSF used only has no obvious effect.

目的 :观察造血生长因子对受照射小鼠辐射损伤的防治作用。方法 :用大鼠浆细胞株培养上清 (RSP- CM)和小鼠成纤维细胞株培养上清 (L P3- CM)来源的集落刺激因子 ,治疗受不同剂量 6 0 Coγ射线照射的 ICR小鼠。观察小鼠 30 d存活率、死亡动物平均存活日、保护系数及部分动物外周血白细胞计数。研究 GM- CSF对受照射小鼠重建造血功能的疗效及量效、时效关系。结果 :RSP- CM能显著提高受 7.5 Gy照射小鼠的存活率 ,而 L P3- CM则无效。照射剂量为 8.0 Gy时 ,只有 RSP- CM治疗组有效 ,预防组和防治组无效。照射剂量为 8.5 Gy时 ,小鼠 30 d内全部死亡 ,表明 GM- CSF对大剂量照射小鼠疗效差 ,但从保护系数看 ,各实验组均有效 ,且存在量效、时效关系。结论 :RSP- CM源性 GM- CSF对受照小鼠的骨髓损伤有促进造血恢复的作用 ,且在一定程度上存在量效、时效关系 ,而 L P3- CM源性 M- CSF则无效。

目的 观察造血生长因子对受照射小鼠的防治作用。方法 用RSP CM和LP3 CM来源的集落刺激因子治疗受不同剂量60 Coγ射线照射的ICR小鼠。通过观察 30d存活率、死亡动物平均存活天数、保护系数及部分动物外周血白细胞计数、骨髓有核细胞计数和粒单系祖细胞集落培养 ,研究GM CSF对受照射小鼠重建造血的疗效及量效、时效关系。结果 RSP CM能显著提高7 5Gy照射小鼠的存活率 ,而LP3 CM效果不显。提高剂量到 8 0Gy ,只有RSP CM治疗组有效。外周血WBC和BMC计数及祖细胞集落培养也显示治疗组优于预防组。 8 5Gy照射小鼠 30d内全部死亡 ,表明GM CSF对大剂量照射小鼠疗效差。但从保护系数看 ,各实验组均有效 ,且存在量效、时效关系。结论 GM CSF对受照射小鼠的骨髓损伤有促进造血恢复的作用 ,且存在量效、时效关系 ,单纯应用M CSF则无效
